Spandam smirked. "What... you think a man of superior rank such as myself would lose to the likes of YOU?! You're just a friend of those damn pirates! I have justice on my side, bastard!" And with that, he took out his sword and stood in a readied dueling stance.

Same here. My feelings toward Spandam have fluxuated ever since his introduction, but with the latest chapters he's becoming one of my favorite villains. And, though they were great when they were around, Johnny and Yosaku can't compete.

Plus, I found him sigworthy. Spandam for the win!
