! 1st Round:
Deku vs Shinsou: It would be an interesting change of pace for the shonen protagonist to lose in the first round. Also, I can't really see him breaking out of the mind control without hammy nakama power (and/or Bakugou swearing at him a lot).
Todoroki vs Sero: Sorry Sero. I like underdogs but you got no chance.
Jesus vs Kaminari: If Jesus can find a way to ground herself using her vines, she's got this fight in the bag. She also got in 4th place in the first race. Plus, Kaminari can only take so much juice, and will be easy to knock out of the ring after that.
Iida vs. Hatsume: Iida can go REALLY FAST, but Hatsume has a ton of gadgets and hopefully will have her jetpack fixed by the match. Iida's speed also means nothing if she can lock onto him.
Mina vs. Yuuga: Yuuga's lasers are just too limited (since he can only use them so many times before getting gut cramps), and we don't know the limits of Mina's acid yet.
Fumikage vs. Momo: Fumikage has THE DARKNESS, but if Momo figures out that it's weaker in light, she's just gotta make a few mirrors and he's toast.
TetsuTetsu^10 vs. Kirishima: Kirishima's a bro, but there's a reason Tetsu was chosen to go in the tournament. It'll be interesting to see which hardening is stronger, though.
Uraraka vs Bakugou: You can't deny it would be hilarious. Plus she's got that secret move we still haven't seen.
! 2nd Round:
Shinsou vs Todoroki: Todoroki is pretty chill, so Shinsou probably won't be able to bait him into responding to induce mind control. It'll be a ridiculously one-sided match.
Jesus vs. Hatsume: If Jesus can grab Hatsume with those vines, Hatsume's probably screwed unless she has some clippers with all those gadgets.
Mina vs. Momo: Momo can probably make a few acid-resistant sheets and a big baseball bat nd she's fine.
Tetsu vs Uraraka: If Uraraka wins, she'll probably have taken really heavy damage. Tetsu would probably be able to beat her with the little strength she has left.
! 3rd Round:
Todoroki vs. Jesus: If he can freeze her vines, she's toast. Fire would make it even easier, but noooo.
Momo vs. Tetsu: She can make a cannon and blast him out of the ring without worrying about killing him.
! Final round:
Todoroki vs. Momo: She's the strongest in class, and he's only at half power. I wonder if she'll try and get him to fight at full strength.

Meaning Shinsou fight a battle of words, making the blood of his opponent boil with rage till it blurts out hateful words and he won. So I wanna see him win against Deku and Todoroki, this way he would be a real dark horse kicking out the two favs for winning the tournament.
Ojiro is such an awesome guy! My fav dude right behind Iida now! Such a honorable fighter! If I were a girl I totally would want him to be my bf, there's no way he would cheat.

But that's really good as that allows us to see the two highest ranked B students, the thornhair girl and harden guy 2.0. Hope they won't fail in their first rounds. Especially Kaminari will have big problems fighting a hawt girl given that he wants to be a womanizer and that kinda image is hard to maintain if you beat up a girl badly. XD
Come on, B-guys! Defend your class honor and get to the top8! You just went from 1(!) B guy to two(!!) because a honorable A student has given up his place for you! It would be like Naruto trying to become Chuunin when he was already stronger than most Jonin.
! And let's be honest, it would be pretty cheap if Midoriya was defeated by Jedi mind trick. Would be going against the whole idea of hard work mattering and Midoriya's own efforts. If he's supposed to be defeated, then let him do so in a satisfactory manner by actually fighting.

Hmm. Anyone else felt Izuku's reaction was a little forced? He gets angry right away. Yeah, his opponent's quirk needs to shown, but I felt that could've been built up better.
It really is a shame that Uraraka has to go against Bakugou straight from the off, would have liked to see her do more.
It's also interesting that Midoriya and Todoroki will face-off so soon, provided both go through. Might be a Midoriya - Bakugou finall after all. Cannot wait to see the outcome!

Wow, 50+ characters! At around 30 chapters. That's even more than WT had and they got around 40 at that time from what I remember and people were unable to remember the names. Could be wrong though by so many charas and names and powers. XD
It really is a shame that Uraraka has to go against Bakugou straight from the off, would have liked to see her do more.
It's also interesting that Midoriya and Todoroki will face-off so soon, provided both go through. Might be a Midoriya - Bakugou finall after all. Cannot wait to see the outcome!

Hmm. Anyone else felt Izuku's reaction was a little forced? He gets angry right away. Yeah, his opponent's quirk needs to shown, but I felt that could've been built up to better.

All Shinsou had to do is feign being hurt. Deku would've been like "hey, are you okay?" (because hero instincts) and he would've been taken over just as easily.
Doubt we'll get a Midoriya vs. Bakugou final considering we already had that fight not too long ago.

Apologies, should have added "assuming she loses". But in all honestly I can't see Bakugou losing in the first round. Would love to see it, mind. His reaction would be priceless.

Oh, and one thing about the kissmanga translation…
I can tell they're using the Chinese scans to translate from, but even with that, there are several parts that are incorrectly translated (if we ignore the faulty grammar and fairly stiff translation). I do hope you guys can wait for the Fallen Angels version.
Even if you already read the kissmanga version, it's alright to re-read it later to understand which parts are wrong.

It's the same translation as the one that was posted to Kissmanga, but yeah, the wait is worth it.
