Blackbeard seems to trust Shiliew just fine, judging from his call with Burgess in the arena.
I don't think there's a massive tier gap between the originals and the 6rs.

I suppose they forget the contract they made as well, because nothing of the toy is remebered, so it's possible.
If someone asks me why Kyros didn't turn a human again, maybe this isn't part of the contract and you will only stop being a toy if she's unconscious.

There most likely is no scan confirming this, he's assuming considering the 10 titan commanders and the people we saw on BB's crew. It's a really safe assomption if I may.

Vasco is so random, though.
I mean, by looking at Blackbeard's crew, you can easily tell who's gonna be Luffy and Zoro's opponents because of their prominence. Vasco, however, hasn't been treated differently from the other IP prisoners, unlike Shiliew.

No. It was clearly established that Shiliew is a part of the crew, because BB welcomed him to the crew, he said after BB successfully took WB's power, that he made the right choice joining them, and he is 1 of the 10 Captains leading the Fleet of BB.

We've only seen him for a smidge though.
All the BB's will get a lot more development between now and when the crews clash.
The original BB's have had more development but I think they're already stick ons for other SH's (Nami - Lafitte, Chopper - Doc Q/Strong, Usopp - Van Augur).
The only one that I'm a little unsure of is Burgess, but I personally think he'll be taking on Jinbei.
That leaves us with the level 6rs, of whom Shot seems to fit with Sanji the best, in my opinion, because of the relevant themes.

It's comme knowledge around here that ODA doesn't like killing off named characters, he does it VERY rarely. And when he actually does, it's for important plot reasons.

Well, her being a logia brings up all kinds of possibilities. If Cesar took a knife and cut that heart in pieces, that would be a different thing. But we're talking about just a hole in the heart. Who's to say she couldn't have plucked that hole with some snow to keep it from squirting blood everywhere? It's not too outrageous, if you remember Enel reanimating himself after being "killed" by Wiper.
Anyway, it's the lack of closure that makes me suspicious more than anything else. Wouldn't have been too hard to have marines mentioning finding Monet and Vergo's dead bodies in the aftermath. Just like it wouldn't have been too hard to show Bellamy dying after being cut by Doula controled Sarkies.
Speaking of Sarkies, I wonder if Bellamy is alone now, or is his crew (or part of it) on Dressrosa with him.
