This has happened to me alot. Like last year, when I came home some of my video games and DVDs were missing. It turns out that my older brother stole them, and tried to pawn them for what he said was gas money. I knew that he was just using it for cigarttes. Luckily, I got most of what he stole back.
Have you ever had anything stolen?

My ex got her house broken into the otehr day and her $1100 computer was stolen. Fuckers.
-
One of my brother's asshole 'friends' stole our Xbox and his car.
-
About 10 of my manga's were stolen by my now EX-friend.
He also stole my championship winning Tamiya mini 4WD. -
You know that handycaped parking thing that you put on the dashboard of your car? yeah someone stole that out of my grandmas car.
-
People have stolen my pencils and pencil sharpeners and pens at school ALL OF THE TIME. Once I had a really nice refilable mechanical pencil, but one day, that got stolen.
OH!
And when my mom borrows money from me, it's pretty much stolen, because she never gives it back, and if you nag her, she'll say that she paid it back by buying something for you or taking you out, even though she would have done that whether you owed her money or not. HOWEVER, once, I got my mom to give back "borrowed" money– TWO MONTHS AFTER THE TIME SHE "BORROWED" IT!!
-
My brother is always stealing stuff from me: CDs, money, One time, my aunt and her friend were at my mom's house for vacation, and they were staying in her room. I had kept my money in one of her drawers, and my aunt's friend stole about $200 from me. He tried to make it look like my brother did it, too.
Earlier today, my brother took $20 from my wallet, and stole one of my Fullmetal Alchemist DVDs
-
This thread sounds like it could use some shotgun justice.
People are assholes.
-
What have I had stolen…. when I was younger my dad stole a games thingie and all the games to sell on for drugs --;;;; asshole.
An x friend borrowed £60 [uh $120?] off of me and now refuses to give it back.
-
My family got its car stolen at the mall.
The hilarious part: It was about 20 years old, 500,000 km on the odometer, would barely start, even less likely to stop, and leaked oil like a sieve.
Gotta wonder the mindset. "Hmm… Lexus, Land-Rover, or ancient Toyota?"
-
I agree people suck ass
-
I keep a mental inventory list of all of my stuff, so the only time when something goes missing and I can't find it around my room or desk, I can instantly trace it to my younger brother's room who took it. He thinks that everything on the computer desk is fair game for him to take. The bastard took my Demon Days CD so I had to sneak into his room while he is sleeping and take back the DVD in his playstation 2 that was on the entire night and the CD from his CD player next to his arm on the bed.
-
I'm sure my sister or some of her less-than-reputable friends have stolen many things from me over the years (including, I'm almost positive, my now irreplacable Edgar Allen Poe sweatshirt and one year, most of my Easter candy from my mother, which was just petty). My dad's car has had its sterio stolen twice, once while it was parked in our garage, and the car itself has been stolen twice, the first time out of the driveway. We live in a fairly low-crime place, so it's a little surprising how much has been done to that car. We keep getting it back, though, so that's nice.
-
I haven't had anything stolen, thank goodness. But I've lost some very important things before. It's because I'm so scatter-brained.
-
Well, my house was broken into twice when I was a kid, and many valuable and sentimental things were stolen. I haven't had anything stolen from my on a personal level, though. Well, nothing really important. Some kid (and I knew who it was too) stole some scented markers from me in school, and I had a warm flannel jacket stolen from me at a concert, but it was partly my own fault because I was not very coherent.

My friend stupidly left my door unlocked at the movie theater and someone "broke in" and stole my backpack. And a Wonder Woman pez dispenser….yeah. He apparently looked through all my CDs and found nothing stealable, but stole my WW instead. Wtf? But yeah, he was caught and Wonder Woman was mine once again! Oh, and my school shista, too.
-
Nah,my sister had friends over Last Night.I went to sleep. And so,The lesson is
you Have a learning disability.Plus me.Im stupid. -
I ramamber back in 1994, I had a game called "Zelda: Link to the Past" for a SNES. One day my parents had people coming over and some of the teenagers begin to play that game. Yet few days later, I saw it was gone.
Whatever I let someone barrow my things, they would take it home and when I asked them back they would say "Ok, I'll give it to you tommarrow" but they forget too many times untie it was too late. Damn, I should know better not to let someone barrow my thing.
Oh, sometimes my sister would steal Archie comics without my permission or steal a book without my permission. I remamber when she was 12 monthes old, she would crawl into my room and steal many of my things.
All that's not, my half-brother sometimes steal my things back in 1994.
Someone in my school ask me if they can barrow a pencil, when I give it to him I expect him to return it. I ask him "Can I have my pencil back?" but the student would say "I don't have your pencil, oh this pencil was mine"
I remamber a gym teacher came to me holding my wet school supplies and told me she found it in a puddle, what you know; someone stole it without me noticing.
Wow I get stolen a lot, desprite a prideful "That never happened to me" I so sorry. Yet no boostfulness shall get me, I not perfect.
-
Pokemon Crystal 3 years ago… ^^ but got it back ....
-
Some kid in my 4th grade class stole my Dinobot 2 tail.
I never saw it again. -
Once my jacket got stolen, so I stole two other ones to make up for it.. but it was one too many, cuz I got found out about the second one and got punched in the face for it. Plus made some enemies, which it took some networking to patch up.
And my bikes get stolen a lot.. so I steal other ones in return. It's the socially accepted thing to do around here lol.
-
Oh yes. Yes I have.
This is why the only piracy I approve of is the piracy of things that don't really "belong" to any one person or persons. Like gold. And treasure.

About $6000 from my Paypal(fun fact I should have known, your money isn't actually safe in Paypal so keep as little in there as possible) a few years back, that loss sure sucked.
Holy shit, that's a lot of money. Didn't you file for fraud and get it reimbursed? I know they always pay you back if something like this happens with visa, so should be applicable with paypal too..
-
Bike, a few games, soccer ball and two basketball…countless Tennis Balls.
Things get stolen a lot. Don't really mind but the bike got to me as it cost me a year worth of savings and I had to avoid going out to lots of Soccer games and Concerts.
-
Yes. >/ My Sanji keychain at school. Some stupid freshman dick strapped the line seperator to my backpack and janked my Sanji. I swear I wanna kick that fucking kid. Filed a complaint about it at school too, but sadly, I've not seen li'l Sanji since. ;–----;
-
Someone stole a pen from me once and then some money. . .Not exactly a precious item, but still.
I am lucky I guess.
-
Yeah, the house got robbed like…12 years ago, stuff was stolen. Yeah
-
When I was 13, my house got broken into, and $300 was stolen from my wallet, and about $1000 worth of change from my dad's room.

Well lets see here…. my cd player was almost stolen but they must have PHAILED at pulling it out cuz my windshield was broken and my dash was messed up but my cd player was there half way pulled out.
And I let some kid when I was in the 4th grade borrow this $30 thingy I had and then I never saw it again... and I let some little fucker pre-reg me for a gaming con but I gave him the money and he just ran off with it.

I think it was my brother's 'friend' - the one who had a head like Castle Greyskull, Ahsshole! How could he even call himself a friend of my brother?!
My GB was taken but i got that back, but my brother pokemon things were never returned, and we had freaking great cards. I hate Pokemon, but i loved the cards.
Life is good now though, no use dwelling on it!
Well, I hope you're all okay now, may whatever god you have bless ye ^^
-
Vilda, what ever happened with that asshole? Did you expell him?
This kid who was my friend stole a crap load of books I had. -
I'm bringing up this thread again to tell you the most unbelievable story. This guy pretend to be friends with my brother and I so that he could steal my keys. He told us about times that he shoplifted, but we didn't think he'd take anything from us. I thought I just misplaced my keys. But then a few months later our Xbox 360 was missing. 2 months later, my iPod was gone, too. One of my brother's friends told him about this guy bragged to him about how he stole my set of keys and everything I mentioned before. I fucking hate that guy.
-
A shitload of videogames. Not all at once of course. I remember having 20 plus PSone games, and gradually, I only had about 10 or so left. Remember having like 10 or so N64 games too, now only about 5. But this wasn't stolen by some intruder, mostly by kids who I thought were my friends. Needless to say, I don't hang around them anymore and I haven't had anything stolen since.
-
my dignity, when my college friend pulled down my pants (and underwear) at a club.
-
talking about underwear.. i got my underwear stolen at a bathhouse about 10 years ago when we went there on a class trip…. freakiest thing that ever happened to me. who the hell steals a guys undewear?
Im to this day suspecting this wierd guy that went to my class for a year or so, He had a psycho mom that came by and took down notes of what everyone everyone was "doing to her son" in my school.. even the damn princepal got harrassed by her.
there was nothing special going on but she was damn overprotective because he had a small birth defect (disfigured upper lip) and a really creepy personallity...
He got allong fine with everyone in his next school though.have a friend who's brother stole his game console (dont remeber which one it was) and sold it without telling him... then spent the money so thet he couldnt demand any of it back...
-
2 SNES games.. Beethovens 2nd and Mario is missing…. they mysteriously disappeared from my game collection i had back then
-
Back in about 7th Grade, my best friend and his friend (also a good friend of mine) took my keys then came in when we were on vacation. He took a bunch of N64 games of mine, the expansion pack for it, and $500. He also killed one of my two pet newts (I kept two of them in a tank in my room) and the other one vanished. He moved away two years after he was caught, and the other one ran away from home and hasn't been found since. Two-faced bastards.
-
Pretty much, only my school pencils get stolen. Someone would always ask for one and of course, I'd hand them one. The pencils don't always come back to me. :cwy:
Back in 3rd grade, someone stole my kush ball when I set it down on the floor. When I sat back down in my spot on the floor, it was gone. I got it back after school, though. The guy who stole it got a detention.
-
Nothing really. Like I said before I still think my NBA live 2005 game got stolen.
Though man, my old posts…ugh
-
My DS was stolen a year or two ago my a "buddy" of mine who was over at my house. He moved away the day after too the bastard. Pokemon Dash was in the DS, but I really don't consider that much of a loss.
