I think Special 3 is the Winter Special.. So, special 3 should be the one about episode 4 with a bit from other earlier episodes, with the little commentary from the cast. At the ending credits while it played Memories, Luffy, Zoro, and Nami were talking to each other.
If you take a look at the cover for Special 2, the bit about the play is on the left hand side. I wonder where/when that fits in? I thought that was the Winter Special. Gonna do some research.. Be right back to edit post

Do you have the episode too?! If yes, where did you get it and is it subbed?! I've seen dythim say there was special 3 in irc but when i looked for it, I never found it! = (
