Unfortunately I can't name spoiler tags but that is a picture of a PM that I received from the administrator. I'd like to point out 3 things;

Banning is a commonplace here. The only reason I got special treatment is because I was so angry at the (in my opinion) unjustified ban that I was planning on hiring someone to knock out the website. However users like trapped and onepiece along with this PM made me reconsider and ignore it. Whatever. I'm no longer Ip banned so I figured this was no longer going to be a problem.
"The person makes a new account with a new persona and people move on". I digress my first two accounts went down because I mentioned I was in fact khainiwest. This last one is frustrating because I did not allude to myself as khainiwest, like, at all. I talked to a fellow in the pokemon tournament letting him know why I was sick, where he mentioned 'Obelisk', but come on. This isn't flaunting or anything of the sort. Clearly this account is different but that's to get ot the point.
Frankly I shouldn't be in this position in the first place. I feel as though this was conceded in the last sentence when the reason is abuse by previous users. I got through the entire first pokemon tournament, even helping others out for about 2 months. Then we have certain users who have been perma banned who's contribution to the entire forum is spamming "0/10 try again".

Bottom line is, I'd like my previous account unbanned (not khainiwest, but I'll pm the actual use so I'm not seen as "flaunting"), as I have done nothing unreasonable. People figure it out it's me before I even say anything, and not for being a dick mind you. You want users who benefit the forum? You're looking at one, one that has actually done so. To be quite frank you guys should clean up the original khainiwest account as it's just…sitting there.

Frustration all around.

I don't care about most of this but why do you want attention and the preservation of your account of in-consequence? Who cares about your original account, if you really wanna post, just do what Urouge suggested and do it incognito. In my opinion, no opinion of yours regarding the preservation of your account should be considered since you threatened to damage the website. That's not something to take lightly.

People can still recognize your posting style even if you don't flaunt it, that's how you got recognized the latest time. So yeah, you're just gonna have to roll the dice, if the dice fall off the table and bounce into the sink clogging the drain which requires a repairman to visit your house who is terrible at his job and just clogs the drain even more so the drain gradually fills up over time and floods your house causing you to live on the streets using your incredible dice talents for magic tricks for mere pocket change, tough luck. Good luck though, stop looking for justice in this matter, and just lay low while taking your chances.

Wait. You're THAT guy? You've been sending me all those emails and I've been a little sympathetic, but… I hadn't realized you were the one who threatened to hire someone to sabotage the site.

I think the staff is justified in not wanting you around.

He came to me before his new dupe was banned yet again, claiming Crystal's a friend of his and he said it was the conclusion of a "light hearted" conversation.

I just feel it's sort of fair to post his POV on the matter.

He's made 3 new dupes in the last half hour.

I no longer feel any sympathy for him.

I only remembered that he had been banned before and was fine with giving him a second chance. I had forgotten he was the guy that actually threatened the site. (That was like, 6 months ago. However personally they take it, I don't keep track of trolls or remember details generally.)

He's had like, 5 chances now, despite that. (and about a dozen accounts now.) He's been banned by several different mods independently even without knowing it was a dupe and based purely on activity from his new accounts. (That he was the same guy was only discovered after several accounts.)

He's done.

He'll be recieving a full blown IP ban shortly, which should keep him off from any location he's checked the site on previously.

Were well aware of all of them. The reason I figured I kept getting canned is I made people aware of who I was.

Crystal knew that was me at the time because I did in fact reveal to her, not even me, the smogg fellow. I messaged robby on khainiwest asking for what you guys were genuinely asking for me. He ignored me. Then you try to justify your stance that I have broken rules on these accounts? I can understand this is a personal vendetta but I will not let you jus sit her and lie to people that I have been harrassing users.

In fact I helped you multiple times in that pokemon thread. There is a reason there were half a dozen members calling your actions exaggerated and unfair. Because, they in fact, were. Now you're going to try to IP block me, again, for trying to get fair understanding on what my standing is? YOU are all being unreasonable and attacking my reputation on propaganda, as far as hiding my posts calling you out on your lies.

Then don't try to make me sound big and scary with these "alts". I'm trying to make accounts to communicate to you while you ignore me then bash me for trying to discuss it. I have over 3000 emails from mmo's all I have to do is plug them in one at a time. Uh, we all knew, his name was posted on the forum and he actually had sent Crys a message about his identity for whatever reason (I'm assuming that he actually likes her). We were even discussing his identity openly in the same thread, so…

So Khaini just sent me a PM and told me to come here to "set the record straight".

This is my interpretation of events: I didn't know the person who suggested that I become a prostitute, perhaps jokingly, was Khaini. So it felt very out of place for some random person to make such a comment. If I had known that he was Khaini, it would have made MUCH more sense. Keep in mind that, when he was Anr, he suggested much the same thing, claimed (perhaps jokingly) that he was some sort of pimp in Los Angeles, and called me "sweetheart" or something to that effect. Of course, he later PM'd me to set the record straight. As I have told others, this PM was titled "Californiaaa girls are so incredible WHOAAAH". In this PM, I recall that he basically flirted with me, and came out to me as Khainiwest. At which point, everything made MUCH more sense. I promptly told Foolio that Anr was Khaini, despite his explicit instructions, and he got banned.

So yeah, he considers us to be friends. Make of that what you will.

EDIT: So now I'm confused. Was he called "Obelisk Something" at the time that he said the prostitute thing? Because then I should have recognized him.

Oh, so that's how it went? No wonder the whole thing seemed so out of place and weird, I thought you were aware the whole time and had actually been in contact with him more to the point where messages like those could have been considered something else than potential harassment. I get the whole mess now. e_e

ObeliskTheTrainer, yeah, I think. This needs to be checked, though.

Once you've been banned once and had warnings, generally doing the same things that got you banned the first time don't require extra warnings.

And you WERE warned before the first ban. Repeatedly.

And thats just the stuff I infracted you for! In one day! Who knows how many warning PMs or discussions you got, or messages within threads. I know you sent emails at length to guilt me into undoing that first infraction, but geez.

Three infractions right there, and like 12 bans now.

You aren't helping your case with your insistence that you'll keep pestering the site with 3000 alts until you get your way.

I had completely forgotten who you were and putten you totally out of my mind. I was fine with Obelisk. Didn't know he was you. But you are making yourself a problem and an annoyance.
