Click on "Settings". On the left side of the screen when you scroll down, in the box under "My Settings", click on "Edit Avatar". There, you can choose a default avatar, find a picture on the Internet, or choose a picture from your computer. The maximum size is 150 by 150 pixels, I think. Hope this helps! :)
