Here's what his design in the movie Z looked like.
Since the fight itself hasn't happened in the movie itself, but prior to it, it stands to reason that it is Aokiji's actual appearance now. That scar on his neck is in the manga as well. You'll have to trust my word, though, since I don't have time looking for it now.

We know the fight ended with Akainu looking over Akoiji, who's leg had been burned off, and also seared shut by the intense heat, and massive burns on his right side. Instead of opting to finish him, he left him lying alone, and went back a victor.

It'd be interesting to see how damaged akainu was after the fight. Seems like his ability naturally counters akoji's, so i don't think he would be able to freeze him. would be a cool flashback battle

Since we are on this, prediction: The reason why we only saw Akainu's face
from the profile it's because the other side of his face hides a scar or eyepatch(Aokiji took his eye out). The 10 days fight should leave marks even on Akainu. I don't think only Aokiji lost leg and has scars and Akainu is just fine. -

Well, both eyes are there. There might be a lower scar though.

Can you please link the page that we see this?
It was shown Akoiji had lost his leg in One Piece Z movie - overseen by Oda the author of One Piece. While people argue how much if any of the movie is Cannon - I would say that Akoiji's new appearance is how it appeared in the movie. With how much easier it is to have the Movies and TV Show expand on things the Manga cant cover - It is not beyond the realm of possibility for Oda's drafts to be used by the Animation section of One Piece instead of made up filler.
Knowing the extent of Akoiji's injuries doesn't in anyway effect the story so I would put it on par with the information Oda gives from his SBS that might take years to be referenced in the Manga.

That image makes me wonder if Law's crew would ever Merge with the strawhats it would be amazing lol. Also Kinemon and his son could join too after this arc or maybe after Wano arc because after that arc is finished Kinemon and Law will have been with SH for 4 arcs straight (if we count Zou as an arc, which it should be). Add Jinbei to that and we have a hell of a lot of new recruits. Wishful thinking but I just don't see Oda letting the character that usurped Zoro in the popularity polls just go off on his own journey again. He's in demand.

What do you mean? like ice and magma? I guess technically the ice would melt and turn the magma into ingneous rock, but it'd still be hot i would think and ajoki still wouldn't be able to freeze him, where as akainu can melt ajoki

I don't think the hito hito no mi can just do monster point. Think about it. What if each one of his "points" can be awakened. I want his brain point = awakened to be psychic powers.

For the sunny crew, we've got a couple plot devices that might've gotten them out of trouble with Big Mom… the exploding treasure, the card lola gave nami, maybe even ceasar who no longer matters...

I like to think he's more on Kuzan's side. I mean he's kinda chill and cool like Kuzan.
Borsalino is a bit of a dick though.. and he seams to be heavily by-the-book no matter who the enemy is. Be it pirates who aren't known for horrible acts and just minding their own, or former masters. i would think he is 99% alright with who is in charge now.

That requires a lot of explaining to the higher ups. Just check the book, see what you need to do and do it. Marine Admiral etiquette, super simple stuff.

We've never really seen them report, or get punished, he'll even Smoker, and Garp get by just as easily as well.
If Kizaru feels like laser or bombing stuff, he does; consequences come, maybe,when he's killed a fourth of the SA inhabitants, again maybe. The response to Fujitora might tell us a lot more on this hopefully, but so far the main difference that Garp wanted seems to be he wanted near zero responsibility/ reporting; while hero VA gives you a bit more than that, and Admiral gives you a bit more than hero VA. -

Basically just a way of saying Admirals just seem to have a little bit more responsibilities/ accountability than Garp, and that little is what made the difference in that people like Garp didn't want it. Not necessarily that it would be big enough of a difference that it's 'easier' to follow the book.
