I'm pretty sure it's something along those lines. Ace's grave wasn't shown by accident after all, yet "the will of D" is still very abstract so far and Sabo could also be fulfilling Dragon's wishes or someone else with similar aims. Might even be referring to Gol D. Roger.

Wow. Just got up n saw the chapter. HOLY SHIT!! Sabo n Koala?!?!? I mean, Sabo alone would've been enough to make my day, but Oda had to throw in Koala as well. Well played Oda… Well played.
So as we thought, (well.... Most of us anyway), Sabo is with Dragon. Honestly didnt expect Koala as well, but should've seen it coming actually. And this is why I like Oda's writing, he doesn't bother making the "mysterious" guy's identity a cliffhanger. He knows the reader would instantly get it so he goes straight to the point. The mystery only revolves around what he looks like now.
Btw, when would the last chapter be? For this year, I mean, before we get the new years break.

I enjoyed this chapter. While I am glad that Sabo being alive is now confirmed, as if it wasn't already is now put to rest. Frankly I am more excited to see Koala, who I thought was a completely one off character is now running with the rebels, also that she uses fishman karate!
Yet, I kinda feel that Sabo is being shoehorned in here. I thought, expected that he would be revealed in a different way, and a different arc and maybe that's my problem, that I let myself get use to a standard Oda formula, and he seems to be changing up his game. I enjoy that and respect that, but I still feel that Sabo just showing up randomly is more surprised. Perhaps that is because of the fan created hype that has been around Sabo since his introduction, and getting sucked into that.
Either way, and excellent chapter and probably the best of the year.

this will really destroy the hype for Burgess if he's taken out easily, it would be extremely destructive to the build up of the final battles, but there's no way he just introduced sabo and is gonna have him lose

No but for some reason I wasn't surprised at all, I had already assumed that she and Sabo were Revolutionary officers.
I WAS surprised that they were in this chapter, though, I didn't expect them to be introduced so early in the second half.

OMG!!! This is honestly my favorite arc and I've been reading since the beginning. You freakin' go, Oda!! Can't wait till' next week, there better be nothing that prevents it from coming out. Sabo, Koala, Big Mom, Doflamingo's crew!!! It's sooo good! Sabo must be monstrous if he can just wave off Bartolomeo like that, he better end up getting the Mera-Mera, but you can rarely guess what Oda will do next. Jeez, this chapter just made me so happy, anyway goodnight y'all.

I didn't say he'd just lay down, he'd definitely do a couple of amazing things, and then probably get knocked out of bounds by sabo and then shown to be unhurt but decides to give up on the fruit because he honors a tournament rules (the whole champion thing)
although now that I think of the whole champion thing it would really make Burgess quite depressed if he lost to someone in a tournament surrounded by tons of fans

I completely forgot about her, which is a shame because she was the best part of that arc. I just assumed she would never appear again.

The only way I can see anybody actually fighting her is maybe if they're transformed into a toy. The fact that she needs a body guard must mean she's not a very strong combatant (or it'll be her and Trebol vs. 1-2 Straw Hats).

I'd be interested in finding out how she ended up being a revolutionary, like if the Dragon ended up at her home island for some reason or she seeked them out herself after finding out about them.

It would be almost impossible for Robin to fight her because all Sugar would have to do is touch Robin's limb, head, clone, ect. and Robin would be turned into a toy. It would be interesting to see how she gets around this power, but I agree, Usopp makes more sense.
