Can you describe the gameplay?
It's an unlicensed/illegal game with very little effort put into the art (simple sprites) so I don't expect much.

From what I've seen it seems a bit weird and broken. The random name generator thing never worked for me, there was a whole bunch of crystal BS to deal with that I didn't understand, and the entire fight takes place automatically once you start it so it doesn't really feel like you're in control of anything. Plus the art style on most characters is random and doesn't match OP's art style at all. The only times it did in the while I played was with random marines (one of which had the sign on his hat mirrored) and then, when Aokiji showed up for some reason…..he apparently wanted to go eat out ?

I could possibly give it a try but the problem is you have so little input as to the result of fights…..as in none, that it feels sort of pointless to even bother with it.

So a unlicensed game cashing in on the name of one piece and probably heavily relied on the cash shop?

It's actually quite interesting to play, King's bounty/Heroes style, building your crew, and it actually follows one piece story.. Your crew vs other player's crew is quite entertaining when u reach higher levels.
I do agree that the artwork isn't Oda like, and it's probably illegal, but as you can see there are so many players cuz there are so many servers too.
In higher levels the fight becomes extremely hard, you have to choose right crew and formation to beat enemies in battlefield.
