Very, very cool. I loved Spandam freaking out and going insane on Robin and Franky (is it me, or is Spandam drawn especially strange in a few panels?), and the Lucci transformation while admiting that he was in it for the "blood". He gets bonus badass points. I'm waiting for him to just break out on Spandam. Its only a matter of time. I personally think that after getting beaten into a bloody pulp (by Lucci, Franky, Robin… pick one) Spandam will choose to eat one of the Devil Fruits himself. Once everything goes haywire in CP9's foundation. But thats just me.
The Luffy v. Blueno fight will be interesting, but as most have speculated, I think its just a tactic to hold of Luffy's fight until the end.

Damn if Lucci isn't a frickin animal. If I were Hattori I'd be scared to sit on that shoulder (and he does disappear from one frame to the next just before Lucci goes feral).
And if there were ever any question about Spandam being an utter bastard, well, it is my (non-bashing) opionion that he is a complete and total bastard and I can't wait to see him get his. I'd really love to see Lucci turn on him. I have a feeling he'll eat a devil fruit (if he hasn't already - nothing says that he hasn't does it) though.

Lucchi did admit though that being in the military was a good excuse to kill people without punishment and he wanted blood, I beleive, so doesn't that just say he's bad all over again? ^_^;
I seriously think that Lucchi would sqwish Spandam if it wasn't for the fact he was higher up than Lucchi.

Damn. This chapter with Spandam just made me remember Kefka in Final Fantasy 6. His uppance shall come. Though I wonder if one Straw Hat will hurt him or will it be Luffy hitting him, Sanji hitting him, Robin breaking his bones and Franky finishing him off, possibly by throwing him into a group of prisoners Spanda tortured and used.
Hmm. Gallery-La company is an nessecity to the World Government? Interesting. Though I wonder what will happen when this is over. Will Iceberg tell everyone what really happened, espically to the residents of Water 7 who rabidly support him? Or will they just keep it a secret?

The reason I make everyone to register on that forum to view the translation is so that I can get any violator (especially people who use my script to scanlate) 's IP address from other boards and ban them on my forum. Usually Admins/Mods from other boards are helpful enough to give me their IP address.
Spandam is the lovechild of Kanryu and Dio. Watching him stomp those two was…..refreshing. I hope if there's any betrayal, it's Spandam screwing over Lucci.
But yeah, after seeing how Lucci and Spandam work, it was a bit refreshing to see simple ol' Blueno.

When they revealed him as a member in the manga I was like: Oh look, it's the bar dude!

But hopefully it's just Blueno and one other one. While the others get to fight also, with at least a tad bit more focus.

I would like to see how Lucchi was as a kid. I thought about it before, maybe he use to be a nice and happy kiddy who wanted to be a ventriloquist. Or maybe he was always his blood-thirsty, badass self
