hey all. just taking a hit from salvia, the legal high, which is many times more potent than marijuana and I think i hit it off on this one piece thing. sorry if this sounds weird lol. Okay, but, what if one piece was not some foreshadowed sort of relic history treasure weapon or stone tablet of knowledge or whatever sh*t they're telling you in the manga section.

what if it was just the concept of a journey haha. and also friendship. that would be an epic troll from rogers and also really inspirational, because this manga has yet to address the fact that luffy is making friends on this journey. this would be a really great twist and I'd probably cry a lot because of how much it owns. no other pirate crew in the history of the world has had friendship before and it means a lot to me that Luffy gets to one piece and gets his friendship token and shows that b*llshit whitebeard crew how it's done.

Am I the only one here who would be really disappointed if One Piece really WERE some treasure stockpile? The only possible physical thing that I would probably accept as reasonable is for it to be a Poneglyph or something, like One Poneglyph to Rule Them All. Something that clicks everything into perspective.

But I'm shocked at all these people saying they wouldn't accept it being a message about friendship or something, or wouldn't consider the series complete. Quite frankly, the dumbest possible ending I can think of for the show is for the crew to make it to Raftel and be like "hey cool we found One Piece!" That's corny and dumb. The hilarious thing is that the message "it's about the journey, the the destination" is applicable to the reader/viewer just as much as it could be applicable to the characters. For all I care they never get to Raftel.

Anyone who thinks the story will really end on Raftel hasn't been paying much attention to the underlying story development, though. There will still be the huge overhaul of the world's governmental system after that, which kind of has no real chance of happening before Raftel if that's the place where the True History is actually revealed.
