Yeah, that's pretty good. Although CW 2 was supposed to get here during 2013 and it got delayed till. . .I forgot. Anyways, not cool.
(I prefer Color Walks over Databooks. They're so nice to look at!).

I prefer Color Walks too but I have japanese versions that are 95% the same that spanish version lol
Databooks have much more information and translations are essential to understand them.

Well, well, would you look at the colourspread they chose to advertise that one with. The people behind picking that one have a marvelous taste, I tell you.

I just noticed that they're on a dragon.

I just noticed that they're on a dragon.
Yeah, I even wanted to use that dragon for my poster in my signature link, but it was way too big to fit well so I had to abandon that idea pretty quick. Such a shame. But that's seriously Oda's best colourspread ever, even ignoring my bias. It's got colours, animals, dragons, all the SHs in a nice pose, it's cheery and light… It's just incredibly charming.
I'm forever glad and grateful that he created this one.

About damn time! Always looking forward to more artbooks.
-
"Gorilla"? lol.
Thanks for the info and im sure it will be great! -

!
-
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!
Great great great lovely news!!! -
"Gorilla"? lol.
Thanks for the info and im sure it will be great!Well, previous artbooks were called "Lion", "Eagle", and "Shark".
-
I think OP spreads are what you have to show people to persuade them to start reading OnePiece.
-
It's true. I always keep a couple on screen at work, and quite often people will as "What's that!?" Oda does a brilliant job with his compositions and inventive color work.
-
Looking forward to this, the cover illustration and new Oda interview will be awesome.
-
OMG is this one going to have Perona? or Boa Hancock
-
-
@Al!naJames:
Ummmm… No? Why?
Because I really like, Perona and Boa?.
-
Because I really like, Perona and Boa?.
Yeah I can tell that. Why would they be in an artbook? It's a compilation of colour-spreads from manga. Hancock and Perhona weren't on any that aren't volume covers.

Well, Boa was on the Shichibukai one.
-
Well, Boa was on the Shichibukai one.
Yes and her volume covers should also be in this book.
I just felt like Doll was wondering about new pictures. -
Oh haha, no i was just generally wondering.
-
New Jump scan maybe there´s new information about Color Walk 6. I hope CCC, Aohige or Greg could help us ^^
The writing in the green thing next to the word 'Gorilla' says something about special content in the first edition of this artbook, I think(?)
I'm not sure but I think it says something about including an original poster of the movie Strong World?
And a special conversation between… Odachi and Jusaburô Tsujimura (a dollmaker and a substitute of someone? idk)
My Japanese is not the best... maybe Oda is a fan of his work or something: http://www.jusaburo.net -
Oh, another Color Walk book! I already have 1, 2, and 5; it's fun to look through them and see how much Oda's art style has evolved over the years…
-
awesome.. i wish i could buy it.. as well as the rest of color walks..
-
I am unreasonably excited for the stickers in particular!
Can't wait for this - the Color Walk series are the only art books in my library.

No he was modeled more after a VampireBat, he didn't have a devil fruit from what I remember. His name was Hildon I think
You're welcome btw ^^
-
Love the cover.
A banana boat and a banana guitar. Genius.
-
There's an article on the official website regarding the color walk.
-
Thanks Redon. They had a typo there, "Storong World."
-
so do these things usually have any original colour spreads or is it always just a collection of the ones from the manga

collections from the manga, the log covers, WSJ Covers, it might contain Strong world things or things that are completely new? Some draft of the characters.
