He has done that technique during the Fish-Men island arc. He used it on those fish-men that were flying to attack Shirahoshi. It's a pretty sweet technique.

also,of course there limitation on devil fruit powers for narrative sakes..logia's change their clothes and weapons into their element too toghether with their bodies because being nakes all the time would be problematic in a shonen,robin doesn't end every fight by making two of her fingers "blossom" in the enemy's throat and choking them because it would be rather anticlimatic,violent and would make her invincible.
at the same way,even if something as teleporting people underwater would be possiblle by manga rules,oda would bend them for the sake of the story

Second of all, I think it's rather clear that Dofla does care about his crew, even tough somewhat twisted way! He may not be above sacrificing them when he really needs to but he doesn't do it with glee either! I think silversatyr's mafia comparison is the best: He's got strong bonds with his crew but if they betray or screw up big time, they have to pay for it!
Either way I'm still confused about Law's plan. Did he really just want to kill Doflamingo? Was the Kaido thing just a ruse for Straw Hats to feed? And if he did, why not just kill Caesar and let Kaidou take care of the rest? There's probably still something more than a mere revenge going on here. I really hope so, I was really waiting to see what Law had planned for Kaidou!
Killing Caeser is useless if the production facilities for SAD still exists. Hence he needs the Strawhats to destroy them.
There's also the possibility of Law only making it personal with Doflamingo to distract his thoughts (whereas if he really wanted to, I am sure that Doflamingo could go back to protect the SAD factory). I still think there's more to it than just revenge, with revenge of course being a big part of it. Why else would he care so much about protecting the Strawhats and stalling for time? Keep in mind it's Law… He can always get to safety whenever he pleases, unless he is being harmed by seastone. I think it's just another way of stalling for time.

Diable Jambe is when Sanji's leg turns red and ignites. Your picture showed Sanji doing Spectre but it didn't show Diable Jambe on both legs. Chapter 724 however clearly showed Jambe on both legs several times.

Agreed, and I think that's good. I hate things like on Naruto when they say "I can only use this technique twice!…" And then it's about counting it or something. Abilities like these should only be restricted by physical and mental capacities, not any other factor (I know that many of these are explained by "I'm only capable of using it twice", but mostly that excludes the exhaustion they suffer in between using that technique...)
I was annoyed with Law in this chapter (how many Rooms can he make in one day???), but the goofiness of Caesar, Brook, Fujitora, and Chopper totally made me laugh. So an okay chapter, I guess. The prospect of learning more about Doflamingo is enticing.
To be fair that's like getting annoyed at how often Luffy stretches in one battle.

On the topic why Law doesn't teleport Doffy into the water, I think Law can't do that because of the limitations placed upon DF users. Law's DF probably doesn't work when in contact with water.
I've always pictured Law's DF as only functional when his room encompasses the entire object (the whole rock, tree stump, etc), and this is also why he couldn't remove an entire piece of land from an island. If he wants to remove a large object he'd have to cut it out first with his sword.

Sanji almost died everybody. He didn't do that great against Donflamingo, he just almost died. It was a few hits and Donflamingo kind of just said screw this I'm gonna kill all these guys now.
Really hoping for an X Drake/Hawkins cameo in Law's flashback considering he's from North Blue….unlikely, but I can hope.

Law is a deux ex machina kind of character, how many times he saved the crew already?
This was a good chapter and Law great but dang it we are just getting way too much of him, next week will be about his past another Law chapter. I can't wait till Law gets knocked out soon so we can get back to focusing on the Strawhats, FYI Luffy will be hurt when he learns it was all a lie from Law, it will be Robin 2.0 again

Luffy defeating Kaidou in some miracle, because he thought he was the main enemy and thus preventing Kaidou from killing Doflamingo and screwing up Law's plan would be perfect.

I didn't say he'd hold a grudge, he didn't when he learned what happene with Robin back than too and was obssesed with brining her back to the crew dispite what she said. Than again he isn't really apart of the crew, does he trust Law that much and think of him as one any ways? His reaction should be interesting.
