I really find it hard to understand the correlation and how does it work with a devil fruit.

Can someone explain better for me, and discuss if thats the case?

here's a couple examples of what I mean.

Also on topic, What do you expect a fully developed Kings haki can do?

Example 1 Luffy vs Akainu, Luffy punches a full magma akainu, does luffy get burned?

Akainu just make a mass meteorite of magma and luffy gets hit, would that be exactly the same as jumping into a magma pool?

Example 2 Vergo vs Bartolomeo, will Vergo be able to hit bartolomeo, thus canceling his ability, if a barrier is up?

Would a barrier crash work on a full clayed in haki vergo?

Example 3
Why in some cases a clayed in haki sword didn't make a non clayed in haki akainu, not make him bleed?

Why a Haki bashido attack from Whitebeard not pierce trought Aokiji and Kizaru?

I kinda wanna know the limitations of a devil fruit, I know it doesn't cancel it out, but whats the extent of it?

Ex 1: No, Luffy wouldn't get burned. Haki nullifies devil fruit capabilities, so it will be like him punching Akainu's real body. It however does not completely nullify it completely like Kairoseki does. This case was seen when Luffy versed CC.
Ex 2: Probably, the strength of a devil fruit depends on its user. I'm sure if someone like Buggy had Ace's Devil fruit, probably does not have the strength and ability to keep producing fire or maintaining maximum strength with the fire as well as Ace could have. If Vergo's Haki was stronger than Bartolomeo's power to use his fruit, I would be sure that it would cancel its effects.
Ex 3: They probably are matched in Haki strength, Aokiji probably used his own Haki, as well as Kizaru and Akainu. When Whitebeard was angry, he made sure to kick Akainu's ass.
