Well, looks like this will be the last round for Perona and Noland. I guess that was to be expected; I'm glad they made it this far.

Here are my picks:

! Jinbe vs. Perona - I don't think Perona has a chance here. But at least I like Jinbe as well, so I'm cool with him moving on, too
! Doflamingo vs. Kuzan - I wanna stop Doflamingo, and Kuzan is probably one of the few characters left who has a chance of doing so…
! Noland vs. Franky - Noland all the way. He might have a better chance against Franky than Perona has against Jinbe, but it will still be very difficult.
! Caesar Clown vs. Zoro - Easy choice.
! Moriah vs. Brook - Very nice match-up. Brook deserves to beat Moriah
! Garp vs. Shanks - Shanks is cool too, though.
! Akainu vs. Whitebeard - I might actually be more worried about this match than about Perona's and Noland's matches, 'cause it looks like pretty much everyone is voting for Akainu… Seriously, guys, what's up with that!?
! Buggy vs. Enel - Gotta love Buggy
So… I hope I can find some time to make campaigns, 'cause it looks like I have a LOT of campaigning to do this round.

(Also, I hope we can take out Doflamingo, Ceasar and Akainu. That way, all remaining characters will be characters I like :D)

The flipside of the tag teams, really. Not every strong character can pull through. Although, to be honest, if this was to be Crocodile's year he would have had to pummel through opposition as strong as, or even stronger than, Zoro and Franky, so the fact that he didn't defeat them kind of tells us that his run this year wasn't going to be as long anyway.

In all seriousness, though, it's something that only a select few people get to do. Keep posting a lot, be constructive and act in a mature, exemplary way, and you'll get your chance at attaining senior status sooner or later if people notice you and regard you as a quality poster. Dedication helps a lot too. I pretty much decided at the beginning of last year's tournament that I would be modding it this year whether I get senior status or not and started making sure that would be possible. And look where I am now.

… casting away my own identity to entertain strange people that hide behind avatars and whom I haven't ever met before. All worth it!

As a result of this, we'll be holding onto our planned filler matches for a while longer. We knew this was coming, which is why nothing's been happening lately, and now that it's scheduled to take place we want to avoid a long downtime in the middle of yet another match - even if it's only filler. We didn't say anything earlier because no one knew when it was going to happen until now, but since the information is out this is how we're going to do things.

Hmmm… Not sure about this one. I'm leaning towards Franky, even though they're both great characters. I'll let campaigns decide who I vote for here.

As a rule of thumb, I generally vote for Buggy's opponent. Not that I have anything against him; I just think he'll do fine without any help. Maybe even again Enel, but that remains to be seen.

Hey, I've prepared some campaigns for Kuzan; but due to me being European and it being a saturday night for me, I won't be around for the first half of his match. So, if anyone wants to post them for me, that'd be great; since I don't want to show up the next day with useless campaigns when the race has pretty much already been run.
