Just thought of making a silly thread like this. 
I'm sure we all have come across them. Some minor opponent whose only purpose was to be curbstomped by one of the SH, a vice-admiral, some random guy who got his name from databook or sbs, sometimes not even that. Either way, you just somehow become fond of them, despite how little role they play in the story, and how unlikely it is they are even gonna appear again.
So, which minor characters do you guys like? It can be either a character no one else cares about or even hates! Or maybe it's just some random bystander, zombie or fishman with an interesting design. The main point is that you remember them, even if no one else does! However minor characters that have some considerable fanbase like Vista, Awesome Octopus Fishman or Hattori don't count!
My picks from the top of the head would be:
Krieg: Yeah he was a major villain in his arc but people really don't seem to care about him. I for one found his warfare philosophy kinda intriguing.
Chu: He had a cool design and unique fighting style.
Terry the bartender: This guy from Jaya:
There's just something damn awesome about a guy who can be so casual about living in a town inhabited by murderous lunatics. 
I just loved that face! :ninja:
Can't put my finger on it but there's something about this guy.
So do you guys have any personal likings?
EDIT: Since 'minor' seems to be so vague term among us, consider this more of a "Character I personally like even if not too many others do"-thread. Tournaments should be a good indicator about characters' popularity.
