Personally, I see it the other way around. Shakky is cool and all but she really hasn't played a particularly big role while Caesar is both one of the best villains and is still relevant in the story! As long as Dressrosa arc is still continuing when they start I wouldn't be too worried for our favorite mad scientist. :happy:

Speaking about statistics and numbers, I did a complete ratinglist based on all tournaments from 2009 so far(didn´t find anything about 2005 and 2006). On the picture you can see the top 20 after 2009,2010,2011,2012 and the current ratinglist after the prelims.

I used the elo formula with 500 instead of 400 as constant and the numbers of votes in the match divided by 2 as K-factor. Also tried other different things for the K-factor, like a constant number or votes divided by voters multiplied by a constant, lol… but using the number of votes seems to produce the least error. Note that number of votes is not the same as number of voters and that Characters(some of them as teams) which have very few matches are most likely less accurate rated or such which are seeded.How to interpret the list: Difference of 50 = 55.73%, 100 = 61.31%, 200 = 71.53%, 300 = 79.92%, 400 = 86.32%, 500 = 90.91% expected score and so on or simple: expected score of charA = 1 / (1 + 10^((ratingB - ratingA)/500)). If you like the idea or have suggestions feel free to share your thoughts, the goal is to make an accurate ratinglist for characters.

Yeah, Crocodile has performed pretty good the last years, it wouldn´t surprise me if he actually wins… although I think Zoro will win, because last year not a single SH made it to the finals and they should get a boost. Also characters like Luffy, Usopp, Robin and Franky are underrated because they were seeded and missed the little extra points from the prelims. I expect Whitebeard and Hiluluk to go down the list a bit, they are overrated at moment.
