I'm kind of surprised there wasn't a thread about this already. Though, then again, I did just see the trailer today and it's been out for almost a month…

"American Hustle" is the next film from Writer/Director David O. Russell ("Silver Linings Playbook" "The Fighter,") starring Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams, Jennifer Lawrence, and Robert De Niro.

Here's the IMDB Blurb: "The story of a con artist and his partner in crime, who were forced to work with a federal agent to turn the tables on other cons, mobsters, and politicians - namely, the volatile mayor of impoverished Camden, New Jersey."

I'm not gonna lie, despite the director and all-star cast, this isn't automatically a "must-see" for me, but, it does look interesting. Mainly, I like that it seems as if the main cast is playing a role that is rather far from what they're known for, so that interests me greatly. Oh, and the release date screams Oscar contender, so it will most likely be good.

There was a large explosion up the street from the data center we use. Following the explosion, there was an issue with one of the generator systems failing to start. The generator was restored, and shortly afterwords primary power came back online as well. Service was restored to UPS systems & network equipment affected, but some affected client services were still needing to be restored (ours). It took a while, but we are back online.

Russbuspower

It's a must see for me given the cast's recent films. All the main cast have multiple Oscar nominations besides Renner and Cooper and Lawrence and bale have Won oscars, both from Russell's films. Leggo

I'm highly anticipating this movie. I've greatly enjoyed "Silver Lining's Playbook" and "The Fighter". Both of them are feel-good movies. Russell is great director. I even enjoyed his other movie - "I (Heart) Huckabees" - which in my opinion reaches farther into weirdness than the movie "Being John Malchovich" does. The cast for this movie is amazing. And I love Cooper's hair perm. Sam Rockwell I believe would have been good choice as well.
