As if Oda needs any more fame and money, but sure, why not? It's freaking Sogeking for crying out loud, that man deserves a spin-off, a videogame, a theme park, and then some!

I've frequently wondered how Usopp imagines Sogeking to really look like. IE, not just him in bandages and a cape. Like a whole dedicated costume and Power Ranger-ish helmet with cues from the mask.

…or work for that matter. He was overloaded as it is, hence him taking more regular breaks with the manga now.
That said, Toei could do a lot of the work for him, and it's not like they couldn't do with some extra material to pad the current episodes out.

Who said that it is Oda's duty here? i think this is on Toei's responsibility, though i can see Oda wanting such a thing after he finish One Piece along with some more spin-offs going with it. This can be a great thing for Toei to get creative (like in chopperman) and i'm sure it would make enough money so that they won't get as lazy as they are now with OP.
