i have a question when downloading a one piece game to a rom off the internet, do i need a certain program, and what type of disk do i need cd or dvd

downloaded the one piece game in krn if u guys are wonderin. (if tho i dont know krn i can proboly figure it out…hopefully. lol)
You probably need an emulator for the appropriate type of system.
You then set the emulator to load the rom file. You may also, depending on emulator, need an image of the firmware or various emulator modules (for the controller or sound types or whatever).

well I'm gonna take a guess that you downloaded a gba rom since I am too lazy to check what it is but if it is a gba rom you'll need a Visualboy advance or whatever kind of emulator and the most current DirectX program to play it on the comp.
ok i downloaded an eminaltor now what do u i do.
Simple. Open your emulator, click file, open rom or open, find the place where you keep the unzipped rom and open it.
