This is clearly gonna be a blowout but I pick Igaram, the whole personality of Bon Clay, IDK is just weird, I'm not trying to bash gays or nothing, but Igaram though niot a huge character gets my vote.

Even though Igaram is awesome and happens to be one of my favourite Alabasta characters, Bon Clay is one of my favourite characters period.. So he gets my vote.

Well, this anaylsis will be kind of short since there is not much known about these two.
Igaram: Has appeared in all of Whiskey Peak and the end of Alabasta. Known in Baroque Works as Mr. 8, partner was Ms. Monday (who died when her head was crushed by Ms. Valentine), has a saxaphone gun and guns in his hair (prompting Zoro to call him an action figure), thought to have blown up in Whiskey Peak only to come back to save the day in Alabasta, wife is Terracotta (who looks exactly like him), clears his throat with a "Mah mah mah"
Mr. 2 Bon Clay: End of Little Garden and all of Alabasta (may appear again soon enough). He's an OKAMA, goes by the okama way, fighting style is Okama Kenpo, like's saying "STOOOOOOOPPP JOOOOOOKKKKKIIIINNNNGGG ARRRRRRRROOOOUUUUUNNNNDDD" (okay, it's hyperbole), Strawhats Nakama, currently has a bounty of 32,000,000 for breaking out of prison, captured by Hina in Alabasta, would be most likely candidate for Strawhat crew after the Shipwright if he didn't have the same voice as Franky.
Patiently waits for next round as he votes for Bon Clay.
Eh, am not really fond of either of them. But his fight with Sanji is one of my favorite One Piece moments, so Bon Clay gets my vote.
