Yeah is it, and also Akainu said to "check the situation" or something like that. If Fujitora is there just to trashing Law and Luffy, why he cares about DD isn't actually quit the Shichibukai? If he's there just to take care of Luffy and Law, DD matter isn't his business, want it DD is Shcichibukai or not isn't have something to do with fight Law and Luffy, right?

Maybe i didn't phrase myself correctly. In your post you said that maybe Fujitora was after DD from the start. What i got from chapter 700 was Akaiunu ordering Fujitora to deal with Law and Luffy and to figure out what's going on with DD (which not necessarily implies dealing with him directly but gathering information). Law specifically asked Smoker not to reveal the connection between DD and Law (assuming he kept his part of the deal) i think the marines went to Dressrosa without having a clear idea of what to expect.

Remember that the World Government is above the marines in rank and if DD happens to be related to them, unless Fujitora acts on his own accord, there's no way the marines are going to attack DD.Of course the marines (mainly Fujitora and Akainu) would be mad. Given their rank nobody expected the World Governemt to fool them.

I expected from the start that she was working for, Doflamingo. I knew he had his eyes on them and was setting traps. Violet, and the cops just seemed like bs to me. Then how she wasn't showing any signs of being surprised by, Sanji's strength when he hit the sniper on the roof. It seemed like she was putting on an act. He was fooled pretty good though. I like how he knows her tears were real. It's obvious that she wants, Doflamingo killed.

I just hope that Sanji is not a Masochist lol it's clear that he enjoys getting his ass beaten by women hmmm..Suspicious if you ask me.

I really enjoyed this chapter. I was surprise Violet actually helped Sanji. I always thought Doflamingo's crew members, especially based on how they talk about him, were very loyal to him to a T (excluding Law of course). I guess that's not the case.

Another thing that I find interesting that not many are talking about is the size of Dofla's crew. I assumed his crew was maybe around 10 people. We just found out each of the suit chairs basically controls a division. I think we can assume that the members fighting with Diamante at the colosseum are part of the Diamond division. If it works were there's 1 leader and 4 unders per suit then that might put his hole crew at 20 people. That would be the highest number of significant enemies we've seen for a crew thus far.

Now on to Doflamingo himself. I can see how the Celestial Dragons would just want to help him from a business perspective. He's their #1 supplier of slaves. But it's clear Oda is hinting that Doflamingo has higher clout because of his past. Whether he's a CD or a son of one of the Gorosei, right now the latter seems to make more sense to me, he has a connection to CP0 and there's no doubt in my mind that the shadowy figure Doflamingo met with was the head of CP0. If Doflo is an untouchable, his attitude in this last panel would make more sense.

Now on to Akainu and Fujitora. I'm more interested in seeing how Akainu will react. He was very annoyed by the fake out. He basically told Fujitora, "Aw shit, I have to run this by the higher ups, hold up" which seems very uncharacteristic of him. I feel Akainu would believe what Smoker said. If Akainu found out the Gorosei knew Doflo was Joker and helping Kaido and they told him, "we know but you can't touch him," based on his character, I would expect he would go "Fuck it! I'ma Kill Doflamingo!" because of his belief in absolute justice. Maybe Akainu already knows Doflo is untouchable, which in that case he would just get angrier. I'm interested to see what he would do in that predicament. I can see Fujitora confronting Doflo because he can sense his dishonesty, but that wouldn't mean Law would be in the clear either. The only way Doflo would be safe from Fujitora would be if he does some master manipulating.

I do have some more thoughts on Doflamingo, but I'll wait for more to come out on his past. Oda must have a lot of intrigue planned for us ahead.

How the hell would he be able to see the fish if he can't swim? He'd be forced to stay out of the water forever. Just sticking a pole and pulling fish out wouldn't be enough. And he already has the ability to manipulate flames. He doesn't need a damn Flame Flame Fruit Ability.

Ok, after reading the chapter again, I'm starting to like Violet even more than I thought I would, and seeing that she is skilled in martial arts is a hugh plus. :D

Btw, I don't find anything surprising about Robin sprouting a half clone since I knew for two years that it's pretty obvious that she could. But what does bother me is how the hell did she know where Law and CC were. O_o

I support you my friend like Jyuunishinshou ( hope I spell it right) is all opinions there's nothing on the actual manga that can prove you wrong nor right, Sanji wants to find the all blue, a united Sea in which he does not need to swim in order to get in the water and catch some fishes which is the main point of a chef who is seeking the rumored sea and he has shown sings of wanting a Devil Fruit even though he didn't manage to get his hands on it, He at least showed a desire for one though If Sanji ends up eating this fruit it won't be because of Luffy even though they're ready to do anything in order to make Luffy the Pirate King

I am not sure how Violet's DF works. And why does DD need to be a pirate if he is a Dragon? Celestial Dragons have full freedom to do as they please.

Thankfully, Sanji is taking this all pretty serious in this chapter both in terms the larger crew mission and Violet's problems. It does speak more highly on Sanji's character that he could sense that Violet's tears were real and that he wasn't bullshitting his intent in helping her.

Yeah, Sanji doesn't fight back again but at least in this case Sanji had a better reason than solely doing it based on her sex. Also, after his declaration to Zoro in PH, he'd look like a major hypocrite if he did.

It might happened considering she already peered into the man's soul. She may be just responding to Sanji's true chivalrous and honorable nature in stark contrast to her cynical expectations. However, Sanji did declare himself "in love" so (assuming he was serious) Violet probably saw that as well among other things.

Yes, despite the name of her fruit it seems to be a broader devit fruit that allows her to control her eyes in superhuman ways. I can't otherwise figure how an ability relating to looking or glaring would allow her to create deadly tears to fight with.

What we've seen from her is likely the tip of the iceberg. Along with vision that can see through solid objects and read minds, she can probably see both very far and very small things, cause sonic booms by blinking, etc. In retrospect, Ivankov's "Hell Wink" would probably been more suited for Violet–assuming she knows Haki.

the admiral doesn't seem the type to battle without gathering intel, or attack without prior cause, so do you think him being there might save Law. is DD going to try to convince Fugitora that that Law betrayed the marines and what not by being with CC and luffy

I'm also starting to respect DD's villainy more and more each chapter. Knowing when to call in what i assume is a favor from the World government or nobles, but then maybe still getting ahead in the end by handing over luffy. His timing of the events and research he done on the "enemy" ,are really hyping him up.

The whole voilet thing is fine, and handled pretty well,i mean if some one can read your mind an see the truth ,kind settles thing fast. As for her character's betrayal DD , she only knocked out fodder, her ability is far to useful to let go off, so unless he just kills her and gives the DF to another which is pretty dark ,her role is done and we may not see her again,unless it's to point sanji in the direction of trebol.
