Prolific and hugely influential genre writer Richard Matheson died Sunday at the age of 87. Known for I Am Legend, What Dreams May Come, The Incredible Shrinking Man, Somewhere in Time, and A Stir of Echoes.
Condolences to his family and a sad day indeed to lose such an iconic author. May he RIP.
You forgot to mention that he was one third of regular writing team that made the original Twilight Zone so great.
Dude wrote the episodes Nightmare at 20,000 feet, Little Girl Lost, The Invaders, A World of Difference, and many more through out the series five season run.
