It also appears to be confirmed in the booklet with the latest JUMP issue that Mihawk, Doflamingo, Kuma & Hancock are still listed as Shichibukai leaving two unknown spaces. Kuma? Still? Really??? Even though he was out of commision protecting Sunny so long?

The headline of the box says that they belong to unnamed species. My skills are not good enough to make out a lot of the small kanji in the texts below the images, but for Bepo it seems to state that he looks like a bear and is fond of female bears. So I don't think that there is a lot of new information given. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

And on the right page it mentions three tribes concealed in mystery: the Dwarves, Minksmen and the Snakeneck tribe.

We're aware of Tiger's bounty for a long time now. It was revealed during the flashback, don't you remember?

And the fact that Pekoms has a higher bounty than Caesar isn't as impressive when you consider the fact that Pekoms probably isn't a rookie (so he was active for several years, and his bounty was increased a couple of times over the years) while Caesar was a scientist working for the Government until 4 years ago. 300 million is his first bounty. Remember how huge of a deal it was for Luffy to get a bounty of 30 million back in East Blue? Because that was his first bounty, and the highest one in EB.
The same goes for Tiger; while his bounty seems low, it is impressive since it was his first bounty.

Whitebeard -> Captain
Beckmann -> Vice
Eddie -> Navigator
Jesus -> Helmsman
Crocus -> Doctor
Van Augur -> Sniper
Sanji -> Cook
Gina (from Foxy's crew) -> Shipwright
Brook -> Musician

Odd choices, but that seems to be it. xD
