Whenever you type [ spoiler] spoilered text here [ /spoiler], without the extra space I added between the brackets, it will be displayed like this:
! spoilered text here
You can also see it when you quote someone who had a spoilered part in their post.

You can also use [hide] if that's more up your alley and its not really spoilers perse.
[hide]same effect as a spoiler tag.[/hide]
