@bevin:
Well you can let a couple of them go, occassionally. And besides, she has a mowhawk, not a mullet. :eviltongu
I really need some sort of display case for these, I barely have room for the three I already have, let alone any more I might get. Curse my infatuation with PVC statues, they'll be the end of me.
I know what you mean DX. My figures have taken over my computer desk, slowly but surely. I'm gonna have to squish 'em all in somewhere. I suppose if I get desperate I can put them on my bookshelf. But I like to have them in a more visible line of sight X3
@Bounty1Berry:
What's SAL?
nabbed from somewhere else "SAL (Surface Air Lift) packages are loaded on the airplane only if there's room after all the priority air mail parcels are loaded. Therefore, it is slower and cheaper than priority air mail, but faster than surface (boat) mail. Delivery takes about 2-3 weeks from Japan to most countries." There'a also EMS shipping, but that's twice as expensive as SAL. Think of the difference as Standard and Express post.
I guess I can't indict the price THEY'RE charging, just the general price it starts at. It's a lot of money for a figure. Perhaps it's time for a generic 12" doll to have a cosplay adventure.
Yeah, most scaled models are around 3000-5000+ yen. I'd say they're well priced, but they can seem a bit expensive. I wouldn't mind seeing a doll Smoker cosplay though XD
Why do the text packages next to Nami and Bellemere end with a heart graphic, yet poor Smoker doesn't get one?
I dunno… my knowledge of Kanji is nonexistant, so I only know that Bellemere's one says "Nojiko!! Nami!! ...I love you heart"
:giggle: I realise Smoker's pose is really funny now. I expect there to be an air guitar there. I expect those arms are poseable….:laugh:
Damnit, now I can't look at him without imaging that mental image XE. Maybe I can give him the Banjo from my muppet Jim Henson figure, haha XD
Here's another Tashigi pic too [from [url=http://www.shop702.com/figure-702/megahouse/onepice-pop.htm]link];
