In a bustling, loud market, men and women alike travel down, eating foods, buying souvenirs, etc. A tall man with a strange nose is walking slowly through the aisle-like market, stopping to gaze at the street vendors. From the corner of his eye, a bow-legged man passes by, but he pays little attention to it. He turns to leave. Kaku passes by a few more vendors a few yards way, then turns and b-lines it down an empty alley. Suddenly, a figure detaches itself from the darkness of a doorway.
Shadowy figure: So, Kaku. You think you can escape the governments influence, do you? Fufufufu~
Kaku: I'm a new person now. I don't wish to be associated with the government for any further time.
The figure steps out of the darkness as a street lights glow falls across their face, revealing the figure to be wearing dark sunglasses.
Doflamingo: Well, for government feels the same way. And in order to insure that fact, I've been given the word to… exterminate you.
Suddenly Kaku can feel something on his skin. He's frozen in place.
Kaku: What are you..
Doflamingo: FUUUfufufufu~
Kaku immediately transforms into an enormous giraffe, striking out at the flamboyantly dressed man. Doflamingo jumps back and raises his hands like a puppeteer.
Doflamingo: Feisty, eh? Very well then!
