DAMN IT YOU STOLE MY LINE
oh well.
it's nice to see that we at least know why:
-Law has a similar JR to Doflamingo,
-How Law knows so much (like he knew about Joker and all that)
but…
-The human auction house had Doflamingo's jolly roger right there. How come Law was just so damn casual? Though maybe the reason he was there was because he heard it had a connection to Doflamingo? Idk
-Law and Doflamingo are both shichibukais...
Does everything hink Law is trying to get closer/find out more about Doflamingo to may potentially bring him down?
Nice chapter overall. Very nice plot and character development. I actually like how finally Doflamingo has some character development. Things are slowly taking shape.

how is law connected to dolfa again?
so much in one chapter I think i missed that part.

He's Law. That's why he's so damn casual.

He use to be a part of Doflamingo's crew.
@The:
ddi you find that wonderful piece or create it?
It certainly would be helpful for campainging
ahh okay thanks.

The meme picture you speak of?
Cool chapter, I kinda had a feeling Joker was code for Doflamingo and those theories about Law working with him also turned out to be true.
So Doflamingo was behind everything I see. Very interesting.
Anyways, nice chapter!
Finally we might be able to see the first grand battle in the new world. Luffy vs Doflamingo. Also I have always had this feeling that Law is somehow connected to Doflamingo with the similar JRs and all.
- So Vergo is a Vice Admiral. I instantly thought of Nolus when I read his infobox. Funny how the forum influences my OP reading experience. Whatever, since he wasn't present at the war of the best, even as a VA, this confirms that not every bigshot of the Marines was present back then, which means there is room for a New Admiral we don't even know of yet.
I never thought I'd have that big of an influence on people~
I wonder why is G-5 such an a**holish bataillon. I mean, yeah, there's Tashigi and then Smoker and Vergo, who is an undercover pirate… The others are more like ruffians and just worsen the situation. Poor civilians...
Also had a thought…
is it Law trying to get closer/find out more about Doflamingo to take him down...
or Doflamingo trying to keep Law closer to he can keep him in check?
I mean, if Doflamingo has such an influence, then maybe his influence helped Law to become a shichibukai, which would then mean that Doflamingo could keep an eye on him.
And maybe Law went to Punk Hazard, which was under Doflamingo's influence, to see what was happening and then maybe potentially tear things down, whilst also benefiting himself with the facilities there?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't see Luffy being ready to fight Doflamingo.
Vergo took down Law somewhat instantly (even if by some planted device), and CC captured the SHs.
A luffy vs Dofla (if it happens) is going to be a while.

Well, I don't think that Doflamingo had anything to do with becoming a Shichibukai, I think it was even said that he impressed the wg with 100 pirate hearts to gain the position. Vergo seems also surprised or impressed by Law joining the Shichi's, hence the line "my, you have grown up so much". I don't think he would have said that if it was planned all along.
I think it is just the past that haunts Law, even after becoming such a powerhouse. Doflamingo probably still has some sort of device attached to him, or Law offered his own heart when he joined Doflamingo back in the day. This is the only explanation I can think of why someone with Law's abilities gets defeated by Vergo without even putting up a fight.

Oda has always set Luffy against opponents that he shouldn't have been able to defeate. Crocodile and Lucci for example.
Feel free to slap me, but…
it appears that Doflamingo has been tugging Law's heart strings.
Punk Hazard is turning out to be the NW Arabasta:
Joker/Doflamingo = Mr.0/Crocodile
Kinemon = Vivi
Law = 50% Arabsta Robin
Tashigi = Arabasta Smoker
Smoker = Arabsta Tashigi
Momonosuke = Arabsta okoku
Welgo = Mr.1
Monet = the other 50% Arabasta Robin
Cage = Cage
Obviously there are new things like CC, Slime and so on but still gotta love the reference.
Law seems to be obviously trying to get away from DoFlamingo, but just the fact that Law knows enough about him makes that impossible.
Law is still be watched like Vergo stated, because the moment he would be dangerous for DoFlamingo, they would try to kill him.
So far DoFlamingo seems to let this young guy do a bit of his own business as long as DoFlamingo cant have a crew in public. (so he sure allowed his crewmates to build own crew just like Law did–as long as they don
t have such special jobs like Vergo--)
Now that it seems like DoFlamingo is getting serious on his plans (whatever he wants from CC and him finally going to the NW to create the chaos) he might call his old crew to him and Law seems to still want to do his own business.
That`s why he tries to find away to get away from DoFlamingo, but DoFlamingo would never risk it to let a now shichibukai who knows that much about him to make his own plans without him having the strings in his hands.
a pirate sleeper has been planted into the military force,so we need another Marine agent who has been assigned to infiltrate the Rebillion decades ago(or Pirates)to start a movie called The Departed [h=1][/h] [h=1][/h]
That cover page reminds me of Night at the Museum, wish this could have been included.
@Don:

But if it's Law's goal to get away from DoFla, why he baceme a Shichibukai? It doesn't make sense.
This is interesting, it's like Doflamingo has everything planned to begin his own era, or maybe the era of whoever he receives orders from.
You would think that in the future Luffy, Law and Moria would team up to beat him? :ninja:
And this chapter was pretty good, team Kinemon to the rescue!
calling it now… Nami will take out Ceasar! (and partly usopp, however he will do something about the psycho-children) Nami has her windknots from the sky island , gas in wind = gone!
Awesome chapter... though I was sure that Wergo had something to do with Vegapunk ..... but, hey atleast we know who the joker is
But if it's Law's goal to get away from DoFla, why he baceme a Shichibukai? It doesn't make sense.
makes me wonder what dofla would say to law if they seen each other in a shichi meeting.

Hm.
It is uncertain what Law's relationship with Doflamingo is exactly, but it will be interesting to see how it unfolds.

Doflamingo is Law's father. BOOM!
Except that CC actually won
Indeed
By the way, when I used google to look for one of my older posts, I stumbled upon a site that includes comments of AP forum members.

D](http://peacetheory.wordpress.com/arc-specific/punk-hazard-current/)oes it have any connection to this forum? Even if not, somewhat cool^^.
Agreed. And he's done a hell of a job keeping his power authoritarian but secret. I want to suspect he has spies in officer rank in Big Mom's and Kaidou's crews, but perhaps Virgo is his limit in infiltrating a world power? Nonetheless, I have no doubt he has a bunch of unwilling crews of pirate slaves working for him, with some even working under other Yonkou by name.
I feel a little sad for Caesar. He has no idea who he's really working with, and is now overshadowed as a villain.
Man..it's amazing that people still call Vergo of 'Virgo' even after being romanized by Oda himself in this chapter.
Epic chapter, by the way. Oda is the man.
But if it's Law's goal to get away from DoFla, why he baceme a Shichibukai? It doesn't make sense.
Meetings between Shichibukai are very infrequent, and attendance is not mandatory or enforced.
It's possible that Law would simply refrain from showing his face.

My thoughts exactly!
But if it's Law's goal to get away from DoFla, why he baceme a Shichibukai? It doesn't make sense.
Well, to hide all the time also doesnt make sense. He was offered such a high position, so why shouldn
t he use it…DoFlamingo isnt the type of person you could get away from anyways. Also he wants to get away and be free and that he can only reach when he defeats DoFlamingo or finds a way that DoFlamingo wouldn
t hunt him anymore.
Law obviously wants to achieve great goals and so to hide from DoFlamingo is no option..it`s more likely that he wants to build his own legend without having in the shadows DoFlamingo who controls him.
I predict a flash back next chapter.
@The:

Dinner must be tense at that table. :ninja:

Oh god that would be too awesome. A long proper flashback a'la Noland or Otohime's.
Now you got my hopes up and you will be to blame when they are crushed!
But if it's Law's goal to get away from DoFla, why he baceme a Shichibukai? It doesn't make sense.
Perhaps he's hiding in plain sight? A pirate getting killed at sea wouldn't raise any questions, but as Shichibukai Law is working for the WG so if he were to be killed off then i'm sure more would be made of it. Seems like a smart move to me.
But if it's Law's goal to get away from DoFla, why he baceme a Shichibukai? It doesn't make sense.
Doesn't make sense to me either, Law also showed up at the slave auction house on Sabaody that was also associated with DoFla.
@The:
Would it be EVEN MORE tense if Monet was the mother?
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Doflamingo x Law flashback? HECK YEAH!
Maybe.
Also, a Law and Doflamingo flashback would be great. Would sure as hell help
clear up Doflamingo's actual direct crew and subordinates.
Holy crap, AP Forums was right. This means that Caesar is actually Sabo, doesn't it??
@The:

Ehm…I guess it would be pretty tense if Monet was Law's mother.
!

Yes, 100% canon.

No. It means Sabo is the One Piece in human form.
