how do you register your nick on Rizon?
and what would be the best way to find out the official reason for my banning from a room i.e. K-F i was banned from there from before i even came here so i know it's not that i pissed someone off here and they took it out on me here, suggestions?

Type in the status window:
/nickserv register enter a password of your choosing enter a e-mail address of your choosing
That should be that.
on some servers, you need to validate your nick registration with a pass you receive by mail. so do not put any funny adress, but one you really own.

do i need to type anything when i connect to the network like /nickserv indentify<password></password>

Yes, pretty much everytime you connect to a server where you need to identify your nick.
So goto options> connect > options > click perform > add the network server(s) you connect to (Rizon in your case) & type in the field /msg nickserv IDENTIFY your password & finally click 'enable peform on connect' & it'll automatically peform identify on your nick, once you connect to that server(s).
Sorry 'bout the quick explanation, if you're still unclear I'll try take some screencaps for my IRC client.

As for your banning form K-F, it's probably not your fault cos they could have banned the IP address that you were using that day. I'm assuming that your IP is dynamic
Otherwise, you could have pissed someone off or used an @find (which results in a 5 min ban)
i have no idea as i seem to have been banned for months, i know i can get in there when theirs no ops so i assume i pissed someone off somehow

everytime. ultimately i can understand if i've been banned and can respect it, i'd just like to know why.

Sometimes operators will just ban an entire ISP, because they're a source of abuse. If you have some large ISP, it's possible you're paying the price for the problems some other subscriber made.
I know another channel on another network regularly bans @.aol.com for that reason
i'm on BT so that could indeed by an issue, do you know the best way possible to contact KF without seeming like i'm bothering em in order to find out if it's me personally that's been banned or if i just have the worst luck ever?
Just poke RoboBlue and supply him with your isp address. You can get it after typing:
/whois sabret00the
assuming your IRC nick is the same. I don't know if RB is an @ there, but I'm guessing he is… You can reach him through typing
/msg roboblue
or just double click on his name in #arlong-park channel.
If your entire ISP is banned, the work around would be...
/j #vhost
and request a vhost. Some rules may apply.
I don't think BT would do anything with being banned from IRC chan.
