I don't think there's anything wrong with using honorifics in subtitles after a person's name. That being said, however, I DO have an issue with them using King-sama. Using honorifics for a person's actual name is one thing, but my issue with the latter is that they are using honorifics after a person's translated title. What's the point? As others said, Your Majesty or Your Highness would work just fine. I just don't get it. The same applies to other varients in the FUNi subs such as Mother-sama, Father-sama, etc.
As far as the quirky One Piece character endings such as jamon in the most recent arc… well, that's up for debate, but it's a bit hard to deal with those types of things. Especially what's-his-face with the bogan stuff. But it's not impossible to translate them.
