Actually, nearly all of those Fruits are horrible and/or over-powered.
If there is a Logia for blood, then there must also be a Logia for milk, fat, semen, sweat, spit, snot, need I go on? For that matter, why not every kind of cell, like: bone, muscle, skin, nerve, brain, all other variety of organs. Organic Logias might as well have a class all to themselves.
Surely you've noticed that Kid specifically uses metal, right? It's magnetism. Seriously.
Too traumatic. Given, 10% of all Devil Fruits are duds, so I imagine someone would eat this and eventually become suicidal because they can't control who they kill. Yeah, really powerful.
Really, flight? That's it? We've seen at most two Zoans and as many as five Paramecias already that allow flight as a side-effect.
Also, the Paw Paw Fruit allows teleportation and, dare I say it, time travel.

Fuse Fuse fruit.
Allows the user to make any inorganic object a part of his body. His/her/its brain can control the object as if it were a body part(like if you fused a gun to your hand, you can fire it without having to pull the trigger).
The downside is if the object you fused with is destroyed, you lose that part of your body as well(if said gun was destroyed, you would lose that hand as well).

Should be more like "loses that part of the body for "x" amount of time. Forever is too long and makes the fruit sort of suck. I like the idea though. Personally I would never use it with that major handicap and what not.

Yes. If you have someone of, say, Luffy's overall brain power, the most you could do would be to fuse with simple things like rocks or cannon balls and hit people with them. If you were as smart as Robin, however, you could fuse with much more complicated things like whole machines. That's not saying that someone like Luffy couldn't do more complex fusions, it would just take them alot longer to figure it out.
And yes. The fused object becomes a part of your body, as much so as an arm or a leg.

Abilities: Gives the user the power and control over friction, i.e. the user can emit an aura of friction. Anything within the aura is slowed down, depending on how much power the user puts into the aura, depends on how slow the opponent will move. The user is not affected by the aura. Increase in power still increases heat and temperature, more increase in power and things will undergo combustion. The user can increase/decrease the size of the aura, from a maximum of a 5 mile radius, to having the aura exclusively around them.

Swipe Swipe fruit.
When the fruit is eaten, a sort of pocket dimension is created. When the user swipes an object with his left hand, said object is sent to the dimension. When the user swipes with his right hand, the object comes back.
The user cannot swipe organic objects, like people, animals, plants, etc.
If the user swipes an object that is moving, the object will keep that velocity when it is returned(if someone swiped a rolling ball, when the ball returns it will still be rolling at the same rate).

it was an example. you can use create other devices aside from a gun-blade. like a bazooka that fires like a revolver, a four nozzle flamethrower and you can even combine two people with different abilities to create one person with both abilities and have combination of appearances for both subjects.
