Dumb Dumb Fruit: Allows the user to become or act dumb. This only works if you suck on a Dum-Dum sucker. XD

Age Age Fruit: Allows the user to become either older or younger.

On a number of occasions I've voiced my love and hope of a:

Magma Magma (propably should be Lava Lava, but I think this sounds cooler)fruit

Class: Logia

Allows the user to be a living volcano, and tap magma from his body. The user can control the magmas' temperature, casuing it to harden - used for creating incredibly dense weapons/shields - and liquify for movement.
The user will contain volcanic gasses which he can ignite, creating flames /explosions, capable of propelling himself around, or shooting molting, exploding balls of molten rock at his foe.
With his Hardening ability he can build up pressure inside himself like with a real volcanic eruption, and gush waves of lava at his opponent.
His most evil technique would be to trap the enemy in extremely hot rock.

Dust Dust Fruit

Class: Logia.

Allows the user to become dust, and tap it from his body. Makes it extremely easy to blind and suffocate the enemy - basically, he could use any body opening to kill the victim.Abilities would also include perfect camouflage, and stopping the enemys' movement by covering him with dust layers of extreme densities.

Prism Prism Fruit:

Class: paramecia

Allows the user to turn into a figure made out of pointed geometrical figures; pyramids, diamonds and so on, giving him fully rotatable joints, for impossible movement. Also sports extremely sharp and smooth surfaces - the structure is weak, but hard to hit nonetheless.
Abilitites includes using sunlight for flashes of light, or making laser beams by rearranging the prisms of the arm, and having light pass through it.

A magma Logia would indeed be cool though slightly overpowered, but I doubt it'll ever appear in the manga cause its potential effects on the human body are too gory for One Piece. Look at how Oda deals with sword battles (no limbs are ever cut, just some blood spurting out from the chest), so melting flesh in One Piece? I don't think so.

Same thing with another Logia I'd love to see, the Acid Acid fruit. Good luck trying to defeat this one.

I would like to see a fruit that controls flora, like a Tree Tree Fruit or a Plant Plant Fruit that would allow the user to control leaves, branches, plant stuff, etc.

You could might be able to beat the Acid Acid Fruit with a Base Base Fruit.

Two of my favorite homebrews…

Zoku Zoku Fruit (thief): Paramecia.
The user can absorb matter into their hands, storing it in extra-dimensional space and release it again at will. They can only handle forms of matter, not energy, and can only store a total weight roughly equal to theirs.

Horu Horu Fruit (sculpt): Paramecia.
The user produces a "Horu Horu Oil," a runny substance that softens solid matter to a texture and softness like clay or dough. The target hardens again to its normal state after contact is ended, taking time according to how much oil was applied.

The fog one's too similar to Smoker's Moku moku, especially considering that the palindrome, kumo, means cloud.

Bishi bishi no mi: Paramecia that permanently changes the users beauty. They're able to change eye color and hair style to match a particular persons likes and dislikes concerning beauty, which they can estimate using their heightened empathic ability (not to be confused with straight ESP)

Gira gira no mi: Light user, could be Logia or Paramecia. User manipulates speed of light for massive accelerated attacks. Could also blind enemies to run away. Also, since the user emits sunlight, they have a permanently darkened skin and need not worry about Vitamin D deficiency

Christy made one once as a joke. It was the Ai Ai no Mi, a Paramecia. It made the person have abilities that made them irresistable to the opposite sex, much like Alvida's Sube Sube Fruit. The (male, in the story's case) could use such abilities as "Ai Ai no Charming Look" which would make members of the opposite sex melt with love and be unable to move from a mere glance. The same sex, unless gay, would make their stomachs turn with grossoutness.

Also, another ability was "Ai Ai no Chu!" Which blew a kiss. It is mainly used as an attack against members of the same sex. Once the flying kiss lands upon a member of the same sex, s/he is hit with a blast that feels like toxin is burrowing into their flesh. It falls off later. Christy never made any other attacks for it.

Also, she kinda made one that was already made, "Kame Kame no Mi, Model: Snapping Turtle". It makes the person turn into a Snapping Turtle, and although the turtle cannot swim, his large tongue looks like the perfect food for sea creatures, including Sea Kings. It can either be dangerous or help catch food, and not to mention the half form of the Devil Fruit User's snapping crunch deals enough damage to snap someone in two. Wheee.

There were some that make no real sense, such as Ame Ame no Mi, although that was in the 4th Movie under a different ability, and stuff like that… but anyway, those are Christy's ones. Yay!

Know this is going to be really silly, but I developed several Zoan fruits within one class set:

Ita-Ita no Mi: Classification of several Zoan-type fruits that allows the user to transform into a member of the mustilade (weasel) family. Due to their carnivorous nature, they are able to increase their own strength and ability with training. The Ita-Ita no Mi comes in various models:
-Model Ferret: Slender bodies possibly with markings
-Model Badger: Striped with stumpy-large bodies. Great for burrowing.
-Model Fisher: Agile in trees, able to kill harsh prey like porcupines.
-Model Mink: Slender and brown with huge tails, known for their aquatic abilities (which is a disadvantage with devil fruits) and their exquisite fur. (really would love a female character that's like this…but that's neither here nor there)
-Model Wolverine: Large, striped and very dangerous and ferocious.

I was trying to create some different ones since so many other of the Zoans have the models (like in your case: the "Ushi-Ushi fruit" can be a "Model Bison" like Dalton or a "Model Giraffe" like Kaku). Actually all I really want is a "Ita-Ita no Mi Model Mink" just so I can get a sexy mink girl that is strong, sexy and can kick butt…but I decided to throw in a bit more variety. (almost made a skunk one since skunks used to be considered mustelids, but since that's no longer the case I decided not to)

Come to think of it, since we do have a "Neko-Neko no Mi Model Leopard", something tells me there will be more models down the line...of course lions and tigers are easy prey, but don't forget about lynx, jaguars, panthers...heck, maybe even a couple domesticated breed like a siamese. (if they can have "Model Dachshund" and "Model Wolf" in the Inu-Inu line, its possible for Neko-Neko)

Furi Furi: Allows the person to turn into an 10 foot tall anthropomorphic fox with big boobs and a ridiculously large penis. Has the ability to scare the shit out of anyone. But is likely to become emo and listen to Link Park.

Here are some of my my more serious Devil Fruit ideas:

Vox-Vox Fruit - This one was entioned by Sgamer82 previously, but I'll explain it further. The Vox-Vox fruit allows whoever eats it to have complete control over their voice. They can mimic the voices of others, use their voice as weapon, even affect the emotions of others with special songs.

Buta-Buta Fruit, Wild Boar Model - In addition to the usual transformations, the Wild Boar Model gives it's eater the strength and ferocity of a wild boar. This can be dangerous for the person, however, since wild boars are known to ignore all wopunds and fight until they die.

Cho-Cho Fruit - Turns person into a butterfly. Not as useless as it may seem, since in addition to flight, the person can release a cloud of wing scales that makes advesaries cough and sneeze. And in the of my OC Madoshi, a special potion he made allows him to change the wing colors and patterns at will, allowing him to mesmerize, nauseate, or even temporarily blind an enemy
