Type Zoan
It allows the user to become a Serow. It grants the user quick burst of speeds. It Could be a mainland Serow or a Japanese Serow . I haven't decided yet

The user of this fruit can form their body into paint. They can also control paint, and produce it from their body. Becoming paint also allows the user to survive attacks better.
Attacks:

Paint Stretch: The user stretches their body, which is made of paint.

Paint Punch: The user's stretch allows them to put more force into a punch.
Paint Kick: The user's stretch allows them to put more force into a kick.
Paint Ram: The user stretches forward and hits an enemy with their body.

Paint Launch: The user fires paint from their body.

Paint Missile: The user fires paint, which then explodes into five paint blots.
Paint Stuck: The user sticks objects to other objects, using paint like glue.
Paint Arm: The fired paint becomes a giant arm that can grab onto people or things, or that can punch them.

Paint Carry: The user puts people or things in their paint body.

Paint Suffocate: The user can suffocate others by trapping them in his/her body.

Dry Paint: The user produces dry paint.

Paint Blind: The user puts dry paint in someone's eyes, blinding them.
Dry Paint Trap: The user wraps their paint body around someone and dries, trapping the person.
Dry Paint Sword: The user makes a paint sword and then dries it.

Logia-Type The userof this fruit can become thunder, which is a clear color. They can control and create thunder.

Thunder Bomb: The user builds up thunder in one spot, then releases it all at once in a sudden, destructive explosion.
Thunderache: The user causes thunder in a person, causing them to weaken.

Hip Boom: The user creates thunder on two sides of someone, damaging them.

Ability: Allows you to shoot bricks. If you make a rectangle with your both of your hands' thumb and index fingers, you can turn people into bricks

Name: Ozzu Ozzu No Mi. (Odds Odds Fruit) [Origin of name: katakana for odds]
Type: Paramecia.
Give the user the power of probability manipulation however; they have to literally work out the mathematics of outcomes they want to change and enhance those odds once they've been worked out and calculated correctly. (I think the user needs a 'book' to record the maths on the outcomes and possible situations in decimal odds then multiplies/adjusts them differently using their powers after the math has been correctly worked out).

It takes a lot of thought plenty of outcomes to be worked out and determined to put this fruit to good use. For example working out the odds of someone tripping over would be a lot easier than working out the chance of them spontaneously combusting. (But if the math is worked out then it can be utilised well). I think having to work out the maths is a good limiter to prevent someone from just owning everybody with magic odd's changing beams or 'hexes' like in the X-men. Obviously they'd have to take time to work out things but to help the user in instant battles they may already have simple odds worked out to help enhance their strength for simple combat etc.

Or they'd have to have a partner for fights to deals with delaying enemies while they 'do the math'.
The eater of this fruit would really suit being a member of Basil Hawkins crew; considering his habit of working out outcomes with his tarot cards. Also; considering the power of odds manipulation and keeping a book of those odds. The user should probably either have a gambling habit or a strong hatred of it considering they understand how those odds breakdown and how they're positioned against the gambler.

I'm sure somebody will have thought of this before but the concept of it entered my head and I just wanted to share it.

Devil Fruit Ability: It allows the user go create up to 1000 clones of themselves. (Also turns the left eye red)

Strengths: (Obvious)

Weaknesses: Along with the standard weaknesses, the clones hair is of a drastically different color than the user's. (If the users hair is black the clones is blonde or vice versa)

it's called Yolo Yolo no Mi (Sponge Sponge Fruit)
Type:Paramecia
Appearance: A shape of a melon
Description: This devil fruit can grow and turn the user into sponge. Which is very mythical because it is not a zoan type. More less, it is very similar to Mr. 3's devil fruit power (Candle Candle). What's really cool about this power is that you can suck and dry any moisture in any surrounds. Moreover, if there are an enemy near the user, the yolo yolo no mi can drain up the enemies' body water. Which they can suffocate to death. Furthermore, since the user is made out of sponge it can reduce impacts from bullets just like Luffy, however, it can be burn and cut easily. What is really good about this user is that it can store extreme amount of water which is good for travelling.
Weakness: Dry, fire, cuts

Would be perfect for a bounty hunter. Walk up to a bounty, grab said person, store him/her, then hand them over to the marines when you meet them.

Well like I said, it's not a zoan type because you do not transform into a creature or anything. However; you could produce sponges, and your body is
just made out of sponge. However it is not a logia type because it is not a natural element. For instance, Luffy is made out of rubber,
but he is not a logia which he can be hit by any physical attack except lightning.

I tried to make this sound as less OP as possible so someone who can travel faster than the user can escape the area unharmed kinda like Law's room. The Pull Pull fruit. Can pull any object towards the center of your palm. However, gravity&mass apply. So if you pull on something big, say an island, you would go flying towards it. Small enough, and the target comes flying towards you. Can be used to move a smallish ship, if you brace yourself and pull.

But the real, and terrible portion of this fruit, you can pull memories out of other people's heads. But only memories of you. Essentially making yourself vanish from existence. I suppose if you got good enough, you could kind of make yourself "invisible" because you pull the memories out as they are made, making the person forget you even as they see you.

This ability would actually be awesome. I don't know if you came up with it on your own or seen it in effect in the show ALPHAS. If you did come up with it on your own, then I commend you. You must be into all that

If you're interested in seeing it in action (albeit without the mathematical equations and so on -being fully explained) check out Alphas season 1 episode 2 'Cause & Effect'. That's the only episode with that ability.

It was a great episode. The first season was really good, second season fell a little flat. It was an interesting show but was cancelled. You'd really enjoy that episode though!

Barrier blocks can be broken if the opponent is significantly more powerful by continually attacking the block, forcing the user to focus on layering blocks and eventually tiring him out to the point that he can't continue creating block layers.

The user could transform their skin while they scrap off dead skin cells, and insta gold! Or something simpler, cotton; insulation against cold. Lots of possibilities with this fruit.

It gives you the power to change the air pressure around your apponant and crush or stretch them to the point they either explode or get ripped apart. It is an elemental fruit. It's strenghts are: air manipulation. It's weaknesses are: you can't use it for to long or you'll pass out, if you use the powers for a very long time, it takes a toll on your body. And obviously no swimming. The fruit has a body of a pineapple, is colored black and has cloud shaped patches on it that are the color blue.

Not sure if these have been suggested yet, but here's my idea.

Friction Friction Fruit - Allows the user to control friction (making the ground slippery, sticking things together, and using heat to ignite things)

Chrome Chrome Fruit - Allows the user to turn into liquid metal

You know what makes this fun for me, Speeddasher? I like to use a rule. I'm not allowed to make up a devil fruit power without it having a basis in that system Oda uses. You know. Those two-syllable words that are doubled. That means finding some two-syllable word in Japanese and doubling it (It's already done for ya with those mimetic words.) and then offering a translation. So I guess I kinda let the word tell me what to do next. Though you can get past the need for a translation if you find a good English word like yoga or mega. I'm saying I wouldn't allow a rabbit rabbit fruit unless there existed a good two-syllable word in Japanese to back it up. Usagi is too many syllables, and I can't accept shortening it. And I don't think I fully understand that method Oda uses for shortening so I avoid it. I was googling and noticed some person used kuukan. Seems to me that's four syllables (koo oo kah en) and not two (koo kahn). Is this making sense? Sorry for the essay essay no mi. I don't think I'll do more because explaining kills the mood. Good ideas, by the way.

Evo Evo Fruit: Allows the user to evolve or devolve any living thing they touch. The user can also evolve their brain, and the brains of others, to essentially grant maximum level intelligence.

Doll Doll Fruit: Allows the user to create a life-sized doll of anyone by getting a DNA sample. The doll has all the strength of the person it's cloned from (minus devil fruit powers, and haki) and can be controlled by the user (sorta like a stand from Jojo).

Game Game Fruit:
Allows the user manipulate a space or living being as if using an arcade or a joystick.
Moves:
Fever: Create blobs that fall downards and explodes when three from the same color fuses together.
Galaga: Creates polygons that break aparts when hit.
Character Select: Throws an invisible wire that manipulates a living being. Has limited range.
The Power Glove: When touches someone, it becomes a puppet and is controlled with a joystick in the user's wrist and has a bigger range than Character Select. Its so Bad.
Delete file: Erase a puppet's memory.
Pac: Creates a maze and fills with obstacles as walls, ghosts and an eating ball.
1-UP: Gets an extra life, but it spends money.
