Here's the fruits I have created so far on the OP fan-fiction wiki

Zoan:
Tori Tori no Mi (Bird Bird fruit), Model: Parrot: Allow the user to change into a parrot or into a half-parrot/half-human. Also allow the user to imitate most voices and sounds with good accuracy, even in full human form. Eaten by my OC Graciella, a new member of the Buggy pirates

Mori Mori no Mi (from "Kumori" meaning "Bat" so it's the Bat Bat fruit), Model: Vampire Bat: Allow the user to change into a vampire bat or into a half-vampire bat/half-human. Also give the user sharp canines and the ability to feed on blood without getting sick, even in full human form. Eaten by my OC Karmine, a member of Crocodile's new pirate crew.

Paramecia:
Ribon Ribon no Mi (Ribbon Ribbon fruit): Allow the user to create and control ribbons made of a strong fabric from any parts of their body. They also can choose the colors of the ribbons before creating them and make them stick together to create clothes. Eaten by my OC Mitsuko, a former Cipher Pol 8 and now CP9 agent.

Logia:
Sumi Sumi no Mi (Ink Ink fruit): Allow the user to control, produce and change his body into ink. Eaten by my OC Lyn, a Marine's Commodore.

Im playing an original One Piece character in a home brew RP game, and he ate the Kyo Kyo no Mi (Big Big Fruit)

He make any part of his body (yes, any part) bigger, as well as inanimate objects and other people. So he can either punch with large fist and feet, or he can make things like rocks and guns bigger for greater effect. Pulls out a pistol, now its the size of a cannon. He has to touch things to make them bigger, and it can only grow as big as a Giant or in proportion to a giant. So a rock can only be as big as a rock in a giant's hand. He can make a ship bigger, but only til its the size of a OP universe giant. Probably able to make things even bigger as his ability progresses. Really versatile and fun ability

User can pause time itself for 5 seconds to dodge any attack or get closer to opponent. There should be some limitation like once in 30 seconds.

Can sprout 4 large tentacles from back, which can stretch and regenerate at will. They can, however, be restrained.

Actually, that's a bad idea to have in One Piece. Imagine what the internet would come up with…

Bashi Bashi no Mi - Paramecia.

It would allow the user to change the physical state of whatever he touches. So, he could turn a solid wall into liquid or a gas state, and then pass through it. Or could turn the ground into liquid, and, when enemies fall for it, he could turn it back to solid. Another use I though, was that the user could turn the water in someones body into ice (from liquid to solid) or steam (from liquid to "gas"); like Ao Kije or Crocodile, respectively, could do.

If the user really went for it, he could use it in intangible things…like someone's memories or feelings; more like Kuma does with the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi. For example, the user could froze a memory; then the victim would spit a cube or an sphere and whoever ate it would regain that memory. Something like that.

When the user thouches something, it starts to charge up energy. When it has charged up enough energy, it explodes.

The user can also charge something with electricity, and use it for electrical attacs.

A great fruit to have if you work in a mine or as a tunnel digger or something similar.

Food Food Fruit: Paramecia
Can generate foods or drinks from any part of the body. Food has to have been eaten/drank before. Cannot create simple water. Food is always in it's ready to be eaten form (not raw potatoes, unless you've eaten a raw potato).

Attacks:
Soda Blast - blasts enemy(s) in eyes with fizzy drinks, hurting them
Burning Sensation - generates a hot food and throw it at enemy(s) face(s)
Quick Stab - generates a sharp bone and impales enemy on it
Citric Explosion - generates absurd amounts of citric acid from all over body, as if exploding, melting and stinging enemies in the vicinity

HAM-STAR

Lucky Lucky Fruit: Paramecia
Allows the user to create and control luck. This helps in a fight by causing guns to jam, random occurrences preventing foes from dropping their weapons, and more. Do note that this fruit would not allow you to jump off a cliff, but rather cause the universe to conspire to not let you fall off in the first place. Falling in water resets your luck so don't expect a rising island of millennial dragons to suddenly save you.

MONEY MONEY FRUIT: Logia
The only fruit that must always be rendered in all-caps, it allows you to turn your body into MONEY. People will challenge you to fights from all around the world, only for them to fight you without using Haki, spreading currency all across the field, having their allies rush in to "clean up", and then feigning defeat and running away. Everyone's a winner!

Peta Peta no Mi (Color-Color Fruit) ['petapeta' is the sound of a paint brush stroking a canvas.]

Model Type: Paramecia

This allows the user to control colors in a vareity of ways. The most common use is the user can change the color of anything they come contact with by either touching it or stroking it like a paint brush. The user is even able to stroke (paint) thin air with whatever they can imagine. The fruit can also be used offensively and defensively by manipulating the density of the colors they produce, from harmless liquid-esque paint, to sticky goo, or to be as hard as iron. The user can also absorb the color from inanimate objects causing them to be white, brittle shells.

Note: I plan on using this fruit later.

Mie Mie Fruit (Triple Triple Fruit)
Allows the user to triple their attributes, either localized to a single limb, or across their whole body. The first technique a Mie Mie user knows how to do is to split into 3 seperate people. The injuries are evenly spread once they merge together, so if one dies, that will just lead to the user being made about 1/3rds (or 2/3rds, if two die) dead once they merge together, and with anime rules, that's something people can recover from. Later on, they will be able to gain 2 extra pairs of arms for powerful close-quarters combat, or triple their size, their muscles, or even their bladder capacity! (when you gotta go…)

Speed Speed Fruit
Allows the user to alter the speed of objects. Unlike the Noro Noro beam, which slows everything down, this ability is dependent on the willpower of the user. Powerful yet slow strikes would be much harder to slow than fast weak ones. Inversely, throwing knives are much easier to accelerate than boulders. The user can also use this as a super-speed technique, or they can slow themselves down for armor.

Swarm Swarm Fruit
One of the weakest Logia types, allows the user to turn into a swarm of locusts. The locusts cannot weigh more than the user's weight, so if locusts are killed, the person will reform injured. However, the locusts can eat to heal the user. As it's a Logia, it is still quite powerful, but it is far weaker than any other Logia seen so far.

While in class I made a list of Paramecia fruit in my notebook to pass the time. I have to say, Paramecia have to be the most difficult fruit to think up seeing as how they are based around objects and characteristics.

! 1. Goro Goro no Mi (Barrel-Barrel Fruit) [gorogoro is the sound of something rolling.]
! The user is able to transform any part of their body, mainly their chest/midsection, into a barrel. The user is immune to piercing weapons and attacks as the user is now hollowed out on the inside. The user is also allowed to store a seemingly unlimited amount of materials into their body by eating or opening their chest up.
! 2. Chapu Chapu no Mi (Splash-Splash fruit) [chapuchapu is the sound of splashing water]
! The user is able to convert any object or surface into a liquid state allowing them to move or 'swim' through it. The user is also able to manipulate the liquefied objects to their will allowing them to mold and move it as if it were water.
! 3. Saizu Saizu no Mi (Size-Size Fruit)
! Allows the user to grow or shrink non-living things by touching them. (excluding the one who consumed the fruit)
! 4. Muku Muku no Mi (Peel-Peel Fruit)
! Allows the user to shed their skin like a snake, allowing them to recover from wounds or adapt to a situation. By tearing or 'peeling' their skin off they can manipulate their body structure to anything they desire, or instinctively, to survive. Example: The user sheds their skin to reveal an iron body if they are injured by a foe using a blunt object.
! 5. Puri Puri no Mi (Stink-Stink Fruit) ['puripuri' is to smell strongly]
! Allows the user to control their own body odor and manipulate it to their will. The stench is given a gaseous appearance and can physically make contact with objects and people, but not vice versa.
! 6. Moko Moko no Mi (Soft-Soft Fruit ) ['mokomoko' is the sound of something soft and fluffy.]
! The user is able to grow very soft, thick and fluffy wool all over their body for warmth or protection.
! 7. Kira Kira no Mi (Gold Gold Fruit) [kirakira is the sound of something valuable sparkling]
! This fruit gives the user the power to turn anything they touch into solid gold. (this includes the user)
! 8. Kama Kama no Mi (Oven Oven Fruit)
! Turns the user into a furnace human, giving them an iron like body, allowing them to manipulate flames and be immune to them. However they can only manipulate flames that they create.

Moko Moko no mi sounds like an awesome ability to have. Except when you're actually in a fight. It's like having a portable pillow!
(frankly, though, my own Mie Mie (Triple Triple) fruit sounds like the best out-of-battle fruit. I could be giving myself a back rub right now!)

Here is an (unfinished) idea for a df:

The Holy-holy fruit, or the Saint-saint fruit, wich gives the user the power to conjure up "holy energy", wich he can enhance his punch and kicks with, and create white flames and shoot holy beams.

I also have a few more, like the Fan-fan fruit, wich lets the user transform his arms into big fans, wich can create strong winds and slicing winds and whatever.

Golem-golem fruit: A mythical zoan fruit, wich lets the user transform into a Golem.

I don't have a good name for this one, but some kind of blacksmith-fruit, wich lets the user control and change the shape and apperance of iron, steel and metal.

Wine-wine fruit: A pramecia wich lets the user create and controll wines and thorns with poison in them.

Bear fruit, modell teddybear: exactly what it sounds like. The user can become a teddy bear. Also gives the user a physical strenght boost.

Replace-replace fruit: when the user faints, he can let an alternative personality come forward and controll his body.

Rough-rough fruit: the opposite of Alvidas fruit. The eaters skin consists of sandpaper.

Actually it sounds like the perfect defense in a fight since weapons and attacks would be useless against them. Like Chopper's Guard Point.

Allows the user to lock and unlock things. Example: Unlock a door they can not get past. Example 2: The user strikes an opponets joint locking the joint in place rendering that arm or leg useless. Enough strikes and the opponent can no longer move

Or it could be just Meta-Meta, derived from Metal, like Mr. 3s Doru Doru. Hawkins could be Goma-Goma (seed, I think). Urouges could be Niku-Niku (flesh, meat). It makes sense.
I suppose Bonney`s fruit could be Toki Toki (time, or age).

Fire.

Also, me and my friend created the Pressure Pressure fruit, allowing the user to compress things. If they put pressure on an object (the object needs to be between both the user and a solid object for it to count), they can compress it. Excess compression will cause it to vanish all together, (you can literally punch someone to nothingness), but otherwise the object will simply explode. The use can compress air to a very small point the size of a molecule, then release it to fire a simple shredding air attack that they can use really fast. They can also compress the air between their feet and the ground to do a super jump with a giant shockwave. Also, they can compress an object into a black hole as a very risky technique. They can also compress their head into their torso (and other limbs. In fact, they can vanish from existence altogether, to reappear elsewhere!)

A moot point since all devil fruits have a weakness. I.E: Luffy has a weakness to blades and sharp objects, fire, etc. Crocodile is weak to water and moisture. Of course a fruit that gives the user fluffy wool would be weak against fire, though its clear that the use and skill of ANY fruit depends on its user.

And the Pressure Pressure fruit you created, sounds a bit too similar to the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi (Paw Paw Fruit) since he can literally push things making them seemingly disappear, as well as repel air into a bubble, compress it, then make it explode. Also compressing something into a molecular state sounds way too convoluted and difficult for even the most skilled fruit user to accomplish.

Sorry, I'm kind of hardcore when it comes to fan stuff. Uniqueness and straying from things that are too similar are my goals when it comes to fanwork. Its why it took me so long to think of Paramecia fruit without treading familiar territory.

Yeah, my Mie Mie fruit is a little like the Hane Hane fruit (BUT ONLY MARGINALLY)
I can see how the pressure pressure fruit is a little like the paw paw fruit: one of my friends even pointed it out when I talked about it. I was like "nah, while the paw paw fruit can be used to compress air, it's more used for deflection then compression."
After we talked about it more, we agreed it was actually pretty different.

Your Mie Mie fruit is fine since it specifically duplicates the person who uses it. Hane Hane's cloning ability is simply extenstion of its capability. Its true that the Paw Paw fruit deflects, however compression is a secondary action towards the fruits original capabilities. (Repeling air into a single point.) Your Pressure Pressure fruit seems more like a Gravity Gravity fruit. Think about it: Gravity can compress, gravity can cause shockwaves if enough sudden force is applied, and gravity can create black holes. I dunno about disappearing into nothingness or exploding but its generally a better way of interpreting your fruit.

Pressure is quite a vague term and can mean many things. The more I looked at it, the more it seemed like a jack-of-all-trades fruit, when the ammount of things it can do could be spread out into maybe 2-3 fruits on their own. Gravity, air pressure, and shrinking come to mind.

The posibilities of the fruit are endless under a competent user or pretty much useless if the user is a dimwit. Notice that the user can only distort and control the grade of distortion (Up to anhihilation) but cannot play with its surroundings.

A fruit that brings the user the power to curse the oponent. The type of curse must be spelled out loud, but it cannot provoke death as per se or the user will suffer the same consequence

The body of the user is an endless pit of trash, garbage, rubish, litter and what have you. Also the user can at will cover him/herself with said garbage to use it for his/her necesities (fight, skirmishing for food and others)

The user has the ability to transform partly on entirely into a swarm of locust and bring mayhem to everything he-she pleases (specially livestock and farmlands)

In my spare time, I thought up of a disease-based Devil fruit. The idea has probably been entertained before, but basically this is what I came up with:

Plague-Plague Fruit/Sick-Sick Fruit- Paramecia

The user becomes a living bacteria incubator. They are able to produce clouds of 'infection' from their bodies, that are represented by a greenish smoke. They are also able to produce the 'infection' in the form of a green slime. The user can also control and manipulate the 'infection' produced by their body, directing it towards enemies. If either form of the 'infection' makes contact with skin, or is inhaled, the target is considered hit. Either form of the 'infection' can be infused with the user's weapons, thus causing their opponent's wounds to quickly start getting infected. The effects of the 'infection', as well as the speed and efficiency, depends upon the users intent, as well as their own strength and skill with the fruit. For example, a few seconds after getting hit, an opponent could start feeling naseuous, and soon after be stricken with chills, a terrible fever, etc, if the user is skilled enough with the fruit. Also, an added side effect of the fruit on the user is the immunity to diseases, or at least bacterial ones.

It's not really refined, and probably executed before in a better manner, but just thought I'd share my idea.

The user can absorb, then 'release', the energy of attacks back at the user. The user can also absorb the power of various ambient energy sources (i.e. electricity), and 'release' it upon 'things' (i.e. people).

Name: Wave-Wave Fruit
Type: Logia

The user can turn into, control, and create various type of waves (i.e. sound waves). The user can, of course, also travel at the speed of sound.

Name: Time-Time Fruit
Type: Paramecia

The user can manipulate time in a given space (a given space similar to Law's "room"). In this space–this "room"--the user can jump time forward or backward, completely negating attacks that enter or that are in the room; by jumping forward or backward to a time in which the attack didn't even exist, or no longer exists. The user can also rapidly age or de-age inanimate objects (i.e. a tree).

Description:
The Mageru Mageru no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to bend all items that the user touches. Every item and every material can be bent without breaking. For example when the Devil Fruit user touches the wooden mast of a ship he can curve it in any ship without the wood snapping. The same can be done to disable weapons or escape from risky situations.

Strengths:
The user is able to use the terrain and surroundings to his advantage in fights. The user only needs a split second to activate his power and alter it to the shape he wants the object to have. When the user further develops his powers he can even bend his own body parts (without stretching).

Weakness:
The ability provides no defense to the devil fruit user. When the user is being hit by an object it doesn't count as touching it. The user has to grab it and concentrate on bending it. That means that the user still is vulnreable to gun shots and sword slashes. Due to these risks the user was trained ever since he was a little boy in the arts of Capoeira by his granddad.

Really don't know why you got so mad about a truthful comment. But, yeah, people tend to go the easier way and make fruits that don't take 2 lines to explain…that's why there are a lot of posts talking about "time"/"sound"/"energy" or any other power that we already saw a thousand times. Can't really blame me for wanting to know more about a fruit that seems unique, than yours cliches ones, right? peace.

I prefer creating Devil Fruits that aren't poop, and that don't take a novel to explain. And there's plenty already not using 'time', 'sound' or 'energy' in this very thread (some I've created myself); so no idea why you're crying over spilt milk.

I think its more the fact that people don't narrow down what the fruit they make does in a single sentence. Basically they give a paragraph on how it can be used instead of just saying what it does in its base function. (Gomu Gomu no Mi = Rubber man. Body is made of rubber. Simple.) Subjects like 'Force' or 'Energy' are extremely vague since they can be many things (propulsion, repulsion, gravity, plasma, electricity, kenetic energy, etc) There's no what to nutshell these, or no easy way that is that would make them sound believable.

Suture Suture Fruit (Still trying to find a good onomatopoeia for the japanese term)

Allows the user to sew/seal anything together using strings and needles from their body.

Char-Char Fruit- Paramecia

The user is able to scorch anything they touch, reducing it to ash after prolonged contact. This applies to things that normally would not be able to burn in such a way (metal, glass, etc.) in addition to regular burnable materials. The strength in this fruit lies in it's ability to disintegrate anything they touch into ashes via the slow burn caused by their scorching Char touch.

An example for a use of the fruit would be implementing into a martial arts style, causing burns on the opponent everytime a blow is dealt, or simply grabbing hold of them and scorching them down to ashes. They could also easily navigate through obstacles by simply burning through them. The heat generated from the user's touch could also be used to light lamps as well as fuses for explosives.

The guide guide fruit:
Paramecia type. Grants the user the ability to trace on open air a line with his hands, fingers, or any element that he is touching. When the designed object touches the trayectory it doesn´t have any other choice but to follow it. It isn`t restrictive to material stuff so it affects sound, light, air and other non visible or tactible objects as long as the user is focussed on them.

The echo echo fruit
Paramecia type. The user becomes a transmiter of whatever he/she receives, in whatever direction wanted. i.e if a cannon ball is aimed at him then cannon balls will reappear after the user is hit; notice that the user will suffer the effect of the cannon ball though ( so it is recommended to be used in conjunction with a sturdy physique) he-she will be able to send an attack or several back of the same calibre. If the user "reverberates" the echo then a higher number of cannonballs will be sent back. The fruit can be used with food, water and whatever you want.

The geyser geyser fruit
Paramecia type A fruit that allows the user to provide kinetic energy to a particular point that he or she is touching. which can act as an accelerator for whatever you want, or cause an explosion in a cauldron if that´s your taste.

The Nebu nebu fruit.
Logia type The user becomes space dust, which is purple in colour and extremely cold. Friction might be conjure if moving fast enough (to a level of combustion) so the ability to burn is also factible… be burnt and then be frozen then burn again until the ends of time.

The wrap wrap fruit
Paramecia type A fruit that allows the user to pack everything! Pack your trousers, gloves, googles, and soul. Maybe your life while we are at that. It isn`t restrictive to anything (yes your feelings can be wrapped as well) The package resembles whatever is wraping so a car might be packed with a tyre themed paper for instance. Energy, air, injuries, intentions can all be packed with this fruit.

The Log Log fruit.
Paramecia type A fruit that gives the user the ability to get wherever he or she likes. Including situations. Beware this one is the trickiest fruit of them all cause it cannot discern the feelings of the user, so if the user ends up having pity for his-her enemy then its guaranteed to lose by any reason. Heres a piece of advice if you see this fruit dont you dare eat it, cause everyone who does dies in about a month or two

San San No Mi (Acid Acid Fruit)
Logia
Allows the user to turn their whole body into corrosive acid strong enough to corrode and burn through solid rock, steel and metal. Also being Logia allows the user to evade attacks by turning into acid and burning whatever touches them. This acid that fruit produces is highly flammable, but unlike the Gasu Gasu no mi, it its weak to fire, making the Mera Mera no mi its natual enemy. Very similar to the Doku Doku no mi, except Logia instead of Paramecia.
