ALL OF THEM… CUZ THEY ROCKED!!! IT'S WORTH IT, MAN !!!
-
If you have to choose, choose the second(i love that jango) or the fifth (i didn´t see the fourth, but they look better than the other 3)
-
I like Clockwork-Island the best… any movie that has a char with paralizing fart has to rock X3 I also liked the Sword one? [forgot name]
-
Clockwork Island Adventure is the only movie I'd personally recommend tracking down. I've seen everything except the Dead End Adventure & movie 1, 3 & 5 are all fairly dissapointing imo.
-
So One Piece follows the Star Trek rule of Even Numbers being the better ones?
-
the best one is clocwork island adventure followed by cursed holy sword and dead end.
-
Dead End No Bouken is my favorite.
-
I'm fond of the clockwork one myself. Although the first one had it's moments. Like when Luffy asks the guy if he died.
-
I've only seen the first couple of movies, and out of them, I'd say the second movie was my favourite. It was quite good for a movie (an anime movie at that) IMO. The first one was alright, it had some funny moments in it. The third one I didn't really enjoy that much, but like the first one, it had its quirks.
And also, there is no 'best' movie. But I think you know that already.

HA ha ha, now that makes me wanna go see em now.
-
I have yet to see any One Piece movie. However, from what I've seen, I'd LOVE to see movies 4 and 6. They both look to be very cool.
-
ive seen 1-3 out of them i like 2 the most
-
I loved Dead End no Boken the best. But 6 seems very awesome.
-
My list
#4
#5
#2
#3
#1
I have yet to see the sixth movie obviously -
they were all fun for me, but i'd have to go with Movie 4: Dead End Adventure. Plus, it was the first movie that they had Robin around! For that reason alone, it'll always be memorable to me.
-
My favourite movie is without any doubt #4. The third is also fairly funny…the rest rather disappointing.
-
nvm
(my bad)

i agree with you it rocked
-
Hmm, I've seen all of them except for the first one (only 'cose Sanji's not in it ^^), and the sixth one (sigh of course). They were all pretty interesting in their own way.
In order of preference:
3rd Movie: X3 Mr. Prince…............
2nd Movie: Because it had interesting villains (c'mon, it's Fartman!! XD), and Jango's Dance Carnival.
4th Movie: There was an awesome race scene where all those ships sailed up the mountain. I thought that was pretty cool.
5th Movie: I liked the art. And Saga. But that blue-haired lady annoyed the heck outta me <_< Yes, scream a little shriller, why don't you?
-
Which movie has the pirate captain in the black coat, skull head and green/purple bandana? I've seen clips from it and it looks good.
-
Huh, I don't thinks that's a movie, it's one of the end of year TV specials. 'Adventures in the Ocean's Navel' or something.
-
ive only seen baseball, football, dance carneval and the Captian Joke ones are there anymore if there is SUBBED where can i get them from please :)
-
That Naval special thing is wierd…But about Dead End No Boken, what was that main badguys fruit called?
-
Ame Ame. Ame means "rain," but its also the name for a kind of syrupy candy, which is what the guy (don't know name) turns into.

Gasubade Shogun.

It's interesting that when he summons the storm with his powers, Nami mentions something like "I've felt this kind of storm before", which sounds like evidence for the Logue Town storm being created by Dragon's powers. (Of course, it's from the anime, and a movie no less, so it's nothing but circumstantial…)
Personally I really liked the 3rd movie, Kingdom of Chopper, although it doesn't seem to be too popular. The end part got a little dull, but most of it was great, especially the part when they all get put in stupid costumes.
I liked the ship race aspect of the fourth movie. The part where they're starting out and all the ships are fighting each other is great. The whole 'pirates getting together to compete' had a very Davy Back kind of feel to it. That's why I was kind of disappointed during the end when it turned into another Logia fight, with a really much lamer power than Croc's or Ener's (Rain? It looked like lime jello! Maybe the 'ame ame' stood for 'candy candy'?)
I guess I'm just disappointed by most of the movie villains. There isn't enough time for them to really be developed as effectively as they are in the series, and Oda reserves all the coolest powers for the manga's use. I thought Honey Queen was pretty sexy though (and I love how Nami defeated her!) -

Ugh, I really disliked that one. >_< I deleted it right after I watched it.
I was wondering, what are the titles of all the movies? Do they have official names, or only numbers? I see people say #2 is The Clockwork Island Adventure and #4 is The Dead End Island Adventure, but are those offical titles or just fan titles? And what of the rest of them?
-
Movie 1 has no title. Literally. I looked long and hard, including on the actual dvd case.
Movie 3 is Chopper's Kingdom on the Island of Strange Animals (Chinjuu-tou no Choppa Oukoku).
Movie 5 is The Cursed Holy Sword (Norowareta Seiken).
Movie 6 is Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island (Omatsuri-danshaku to Himitsu no Shima)
And Movie 4 is just "Dead End Adventure", no "Island"
-
Thank's dythim. My hero. :D
-
Though I despite the lack of character development in the past movies, I believe the 5th movie attempted to portray a "character development" concerning the villian (forgot his name), with the flashback with his relationship with Zoro…liked this villian though ^^. Despite his lack of development, I really liked the concept of the anti-marines in the 4th movie and Gaspard's character design. 3rd was...blah. 2nd I somewhat liked the villians, not too much development though. I liked the 1st's supporting characters, but the villians were really bland.
-
with which movie was released the baseball special?
i think it's the 4th but i can't really remember…
-
I like 4th,Dead End is very brilliant!
with which movie was released the baseball special?with which movie was released the baseball special?
No,not 4th,it's 5th.
-
The 6tth movie will be really good.
-
Is movie one the one in my signature?

**Oh, You've seen Movie 6. Are you from or living in Japan?
-
Movie 6 comes out on DVD in July.
I really want to see that one. Some people who are living in Japan gave a nice review of it. Plus, just look at Usopp. XD -
is movie 6 about usopp?
coz its unfair movie 3 is about mostly chopper and movie 5 is about mostly zoro, would all of them have some movie dedicated to each one of them? i hope so :S -
I heard the animation is different in Movie 6. How's it different?

Have you seen the preview? That should answer your question. It's a little more minimalistic, but it seems more fluid and smooth, flatter color tones. I like the look of it.
-
i think it would be funny if they done a movie dedicated usopp hahahaha ^^

I'm downloading Movie 4 right now, and the only others I've seen is 2 and 3.
I was severely dissapointed by movie 2, and deleted it right after having seen Sanji kick that pig-guys ass a few times. To me, all the best moments of that movie were centered around him (excluding Zoros' fight- it was decent too).
That was the pros. The two massive cons were the fact that they utterly wasted two cool devil fruit abilities on Honey queen and Bear king. Honey Queen was a shmexay character, but it seemed all she did was show up briefly, say "I'm made of liquid!!" and then get captured by Nami the very next scene she appeared. And Bear King was just awful- in both design and personality.
The second con is the fact that I hated the story down to the last poorly-written, poorly excecuted molecule.
Oh, and bonus-con: Akisu in all his extreme obnoxiousness.Movie 3 was a little better; I actually liked the villains in this one, and I think the Bear Monster was 10 times cooler than Bear king. It also had some really funny scenes, like Chopper going "Ou!!!" and Luffy wanting meat.
But again, the plot was thin, Chopper seemed like a complete coward, and Moobambi nearly tops Akisu ind shitty-brat-ness. Though I liked his past better. -
Well, it just goes to show everyone has slightly different taste. I really enjoyed movie 2. I could barely stand movie 3. The onlly thing that got me through it all the way was getting slightly inebriated. I still haven't watched 4. It's downloaded, but on another computer. I have 5 downloaded also. I'll watch it after 4.
