@sag:
I haven't read all the last 10 pages but I wanted to share a thought that poppped up out of nowhere 2 mins ago. If this personality switch has to do with the soul instead of the heart.( I see the wave of raging people coming at me with spears:ninja: but I have a point). Then maybe brook can do something about it? As far as we know he can change into that spirit like thing but we don't know his capabilities when in his etereal form…. I'll leave this here. and Ill prepare to run for my life....
I like that idea. Switching hearts wouldn't change personalities anyways. Also, Brook should definitely continue his badassery and that is a way to do so.

the awkward moment when OP fans forget shichibukai candidates have an infamous reputation as pirates, thus, making other pirates even be afraid of challenging them
that and, no one else than the people who was on the sky back then, knows about Enel :V
so no sure if fans forget this ^or are trolling
edit: oh, gedatsu knows, and he´s on earth. gedatsu for shichibukai anyone?

Yeah, it's clear that Enel is now the third Admiral. That makes sense, he is a logia afterall.

Trolling? Of course Gan Fall called Rayleigh to tell him about Enel (of course this was back before Luffy reached sky island) then when he was fighting Kizaru it just slipped out in which case kiZaru informed Kong who then made him a Schichibukai.

So we know there is a room of frozen bodies. They might still be alive or might not. Who knows.
But i was rereading chapter 658 ( http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/658/2 ) and it seems the kids were asking if they were escaped frozen people. Now this could be because they were kids and are affraid the dead people came back to life and are scared. But it could also mean that the frozen bodies are still alive and are experimented on and occasionally escape.

Nice find! I actually forgot one of the kid's did ask "Frozen people?" when they saw Sanji's group. Not only does that suggest that the frozen people may still be alive and sometimes escape….it also suggests the possiblitity that not all of them are giants.

blackbeard has no reputation before, just had to beat ace. I'm sure Enel is powerful enough to take out anyone high profile too if he wanted.

I thought in one of those SBS thingies Oda said that Enel if he was on the sea would have wound up with a bounty of 800,000.

As you can see it's the same shoes as on this picture: http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/656/18
I was guessing that but you can only really see the top, I hope it is Leggy though, he makes it so much more fun

It's Leggy, there's no doubt about it.

Probably a random coincidence, but I thought the middle marine on the top left panel looked a lot like the one that arrested wapol a while ago. His jaw just looks really familiar. http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/661/18

Exactly. BB became a shchibukai for BEATING A MOTHERFUCKIN WB COMMANDER WORTH 550MILLION Ü (regardless him being known or not already before this, does not matters at all. Because he did this ^)
And lol at the idea of Enel, Magellan and Kizaru as admirals. One would be killing people left and right for the lulz, meanwhile the other is shitting half day, and the third wondering how the fruck make a call with the DDM
-
Quick consideration:
I don't think this arc will be a long one; At least it didn't give me this kind of vibe. -

The frozen people were probably from the days Vegapunk was in control of the island. Specimens put on ice for further study, abandoned when the island became dangerous. It makes more sense when you consider they are wearing prison uniforms, meaning that they were likely on their way to Impel Down, but were diverted for human testing. If we assume they are alive, then it probably doesn't have anything to do with the Pacifista project.
We know, due to Brownbeard, that all the demi-humans/CCs are relatively recent arrivals. I find it more likely that Law didn't capture those prisoners, still in their uniforms, and then freeze them, as opposed to stumbling across them.

good thoery. One thing I've noticed that 99% of people see prision uniform and think they have to be the Impel Down escapees. Yes since there are escapees from ID, its a strong possiblity but the truth is that ID is not the only prision, its just the worst one. There are other prisions.
I remember that Crocodile and Daz Bones had prision uniforms before they ever reached ID … they were held at a different prision (another pic of same prison, its not named in pics). it was after Ms Goldenweek/Ms Valentine/Mr 5 infiltrated and freed other members of Baroque Works, except Crocodile & Bones (that refused to escape for some reason) that the two werejoined by the captured Mrs 2 & 3, then all were transfered to Impel Down. -
Maybe Vegapunk had some kinda Laboratory 5 -esque operation at Punk Hazard, gathering prisoners from various prisons in the grand line & perhaps from Impel down as well to experiment on them for the sake of scientific research?
-

Good thinking. That would make sense, but all these other people are hung up on, " Law captured the ID prisoners", which I really don't agree with. Obviously he has something to do with the kids and the guys in the gas suits, but I don't think he directly had anything to do with the frozen people.

About Law's powers: I recon he can only split things from a distance if he's standing still, and has to limit his ability to his sword slashes when he's moving around. Back on Sabaody Archipelago he couldn't move around at all because of the concentration it took. And if you look here: http://images.wikia.com/onepiece/images/b/b4/Law_warship.png he's standing still. It would explain why he's moving about/slashing at the marines rather than splitting them apart from a distance. Though he DID have an opportunity to split them apart when he removed their Den Den Mushis… I don't know why he didn't take it. I guess that's a plot thing? If he did it then there would basically be no fight because the marines would all be in bits. I wonder how he actually plans to kill them, though. I'm not sure if his ability has any offensive techniques.

His offensive aspect is to be a God within his "operating room" he can render any non-Logia (as far as we know) completely helpless and unable to fight properly. That too me seems to be a very good offensive technique.
Oh and with him back in Saobody did he like in the anime create a "room" when he stabbed the pacifista to kill it or did the anime completely change the fight scene?

I feel so trolled…I was reading the chapter and ended it on a very satisfactory note, thinking I am gonna get an epic sword fight between Tashigi and Law in the next chapter. The last panel of Tashigi actually looked like she was dashing towards Law in a very cool pose, while jumping over the chopped up body of a comrade to me.Then I read through the chapter thread...Dang... After rereading I see it's actually her own body with Law standing in the background. Tashigi, you were the coolest for around 30 minutes, but then reality came crashing.
Except for this little incident of rushed reading and self trolling, I think this chapter was pretty neat. Hilarious cover story, Oda shows he's into recycling by merging Brownbeard and a Bananadile, andBoa Hancock infiltrated the Straw hatsNico Robin looks pretty different when she is freezing…Also we can finally add another chapters to the chronicles of Buttmonkey Sanji. The suffering never stops.
Next chapter he will knock himself out. Both figuratively and literally. And I will laugh like I never laughed before. -
I was guessing that but you can only really see the top, I hope it is Leggy though, he makes it so much more fun
Its gotta be Leggy, otherwise Luffy's got two left legs and says he's freezing twice for some reason…

I'm a bit anxious to see the Law v. Smoker fight. I'm really curious as to the effect of Law's fruit on logias.
-

Well, personally I don't think it'll do a thing. He'll have to fight smoker using only his sword and haki, atleast this is what I believe.
-
Well although Law doesn't seem to be able to directly hurt someone with his powers, he was chucking sliced up battle ships at the marines, showing he does have offensive attacks though it relies a lot on his surroundings. But I was thinking if Law could use his powers to affect the ground inside the room as well. He could just flip the entire ground upside down in his room and crush everyone.

If he manages to cut the ground in a cone shape he could do that with "shambles" I'm guessing but I think it has to be an object that can be moved for him to move it even inside his room, so if the ground is not cut it won't be able to be moved by Law unless he cuts it
-
Well I don't think it would be too hard for him, his powers don't seem to have a limit on what object he can cut.
Also as for fighting smoker he could just cut his seastone jutte and stick on on Smoker's face or something if Law doesn't have haki, assuming he can cut seastone and move it around and all.

Agreed. It feels like Oda threw the Strawhats into the middle of an arc.
Well like most it has a back story to it and they have managed to find characters from the back story and Smoker is kind of speeding up the arc's speed it seems to be

i want to see smokers new world power being promoted to vice admiral is no easy feat. btw has anyone else noticed kizaru is always up against the second strongest or the right hand of the captains you got him vs rayleigh and then him vs marco. i think it shows that his been promoted to second in command garps old position with akainu being the top dog. my guess for admiral would have to be magellan im not sure if there will be 3 admirals this time though
-
When kizaru, akainu, and aokiji were admirals the marines were probably really happy they had 3 men who all had the same build and logia type powers. But now their symmetry is all messed up and they'll have to deal with admirals who don't look similar in build anymore.

It really doesn't matter that much if we think about it. What is more important: to have Admirals who match up well, or Admirals who are feared among criminals?

Kizaru is Admiral. The only postion higher than him is Fleet Admiral….so no promotion...he's gone as high as he can go... -

Supreme Miliarty Comander" ), he's higher than Fleet Admiral
