! Notice.. there were already 3 people at Ishimaru's corpse when Naegi got there. 3 people.
! Monobear announces a death when three people see the corpse right? The explanation is simple, both parties got to the bodies around the same time, hence why one party thought only Ishimaru was murdered and one party thought only Yamada was murdered.
! I don't know if Celes planned that with the redirecting, or she just got lucky. But hot damn.

! I thought that too. The opening cinematic when Naegi sees Ishimaru's body doesn't have anyone else in the room. But Fukawa had fainted from seeing the blood and Naegi asked about that, something he wouldn't have done if he brought her there and she fainted.
! Also Sakura would've known Yamada was "dead". I think the game has to load the characters or something when moving rooms.

(Although the way Naegi has been speaking is making me wonder how he can breathe and talk at the same time.)

I think Kirigiri has a bad affect on the guy, when he was alone before he was way smarter.

Let's talk about more important things… like where the heck are they?

! I pretty much only have one plausible answer to what's going on: There's no one outside anymore
! I don't know if they died (Most likely, explains the food), we're in the future, or something stopped them from coming outside but… I'm almost 90% sure of it.
Why do I come to this conclusion?

! What gives Monobear (AKA the Head Master) the most kicks? Despair. So what better sick joke than have a person kill the last remaining people around them and then send that "Graduated Person" out into a world with no one left in it?

Well since its highly likely that all characters were friends before, my theory now is that Yamada and Celes had a close relationship before (as weird as that is, but hey like Holy said, they were both otakus in their own way so it would kinda make sense) and that would explain why Yamada would know her name since he recovered those memories while near death.
! Or everybody knew her name before because they were friends, but that is no fun.

I don't really think there is any twist to what happened in this execution. As I recall, this game was described as subverting things completely at times, and at times being completely predictable. I think this case was the predictable one, once the investigation started it was pretty clear whodunnit, and the "how" wasn't really that hard to work out either. I guess it can't become too predictable by being unpredictable every time, or else we'd learn that the obvious culprit is NEVER the true culprit. But by including times when it just is cut-and-paste, we keep on our toes.

I feel like that made no sense, but I'm sticking to it anyway. >_>
