I really hope they don't use a terrified/surprised pose for Ussop (if he gets a bounty) like he had when his mask fell off.. I woudl much prefer they use a super heroic one from Sogeking, and allow him to weild dual identities.

The rising tension between Smoker and his higher-ups.
I can see a mini-story involving Smoker where something the higher-ups do push Smoker over the edge and defects to serve justice his own way. Maybe a nice dialogue between Smoker and Tashigi along the lines of "These men are the closest thing to pure beings I've ever met. Lead them well, Tashigi, I'm done with the Marines." Then it would split up to Smoker and Tashigi's own stories.

Oda does foreshadow alot of the parts in One Piece like in the Arlong/Baratie Arc we learn alot more about the Goverment officials. I like how he does this alot. It makes One Piece a better story.
Even though because he tells us these things soo early on we do sorta forget about them in the near future.

I sort of see Sniper Island as a place that Usopp "goes to" mentally when he needs to pull off a Zoro-esque "one-hit-victory". Like when Zoro feels the breaths… breath... breathings of everything, living or not, Usopp would see just the island and his target. Then he'd aim at it, without distraction, and fire 100 shots, 100 hits! Lu-lu-la-la-lu~

I don't think so. Smoker doesn't like his higher-ups or the basic policy of the government/navy. If he ends up that way, he won't enjoy it. Also, the fact that it's been proven that Smoker's abilities and cunning could get him promoted to vice-admiral, but he is very defiant and doesn't follow orders, so he probably won't be promoted.

Zoro's attacks, no. Sanji, well…it may be a bit more "backshadowing", if you will.
Remember Zeff's pirate name? "Red Shoes," just like the color Sanji's foot becomes when his new technique is used. Plus, this may be a coincedence, but Sanji uses the same leg to use for that attack that Zeff lost. Plus, back when he was fighting Pearl, he said something along the lines of "You can't be cook if you're afraid of fire," or so I recall.

So I thought maybe it was Oda foreshadowing that Luffy's dad is Dragon and also the whole let's help Rodusa kinda sounds like a foreshadow to what happen in Enies Lobby

I don't know if this happened in the manga, but it did in the anime.
When Sanji fought Mr.2, there was a part Mr.2 said you devil to him. And then again in Sky Piea Sanji mentions that he's the devil of the blue sea or something like that.
And Sanji's new attacks are called devil.

My favorite foreshadows are Genzo's pinwheel (both for Luffy's pinwheel move and the baby Nami flashback at the end of the Arlong arc) and the giant sea monsters that were really sky people shadows (seeing Luffy's gigantic shadow being beamed down from Skypeia is my favorite moment of that arc).

The WG is significant in the Grand Line in part because there are full countries in it. These countries are in many cases WG participants, so the WG's political machinations are probably more important.
The East Blue doesn't seem to have anything bigger than city-states, with the exception of the Arlong Empire.
I'm not entirely sure why the Marine patrols the East Blue; it could be a "service for hire", or as an attempt to keep crime rates low before they posed a threat to WG participant states.

We all know that zoro's childhood friend died.
But the reason seems a bit stupid falling off the stairs?, not a way for such a swords women to go.
Maybe her master didn't want her to train anymore and fight with zoro everyday, and he knew the only way to stop him, was to make zoro think she was dead.

I was thinking a bit about what Kaku said after Zoro defeated him, about how it's hard for an assassin to get a new job. It made me think he rather enjoyed being a shipwright and that he would like to do something else than being an agent.
Maybe it's just the wishful thinking of a fangirl but I wouldn't be too surprised if we got a cover story about Kaku leaving the CP9, to go work in a zoo or something. XD (Well actually that'd kinda fit, since if he left he'd probably be seen as a deserter by the WG and then his full giraffe form would come in as a handy disguise considering how few people has actually seen it).
Of course, this provides that he actually survived Zoro's Asura and the Tower collapsing and all that, but y'know, Pell, anyone?

He's referring to the fact that Loguetown has a hidden meaning: Prologue and Epilogue. It's also where Gol D. Roger was born and died (Though if he was raised there is another story).

But that makes me wonder… Akainu's eyes were not revealed, neither are Roger's. Though Roger is most likely Nico Robin's father, it's up in the air, to be honest. Same with who Akainu is related to.
Remember? Garp's eyes were not shown and later we find out that he's Luffy's grandfather.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

I think he chose not to show Garp's eyes because, Garp is drawn identically to the Romance Dawn version of Luffy's Grandpa, including the scar along his eye. If we had seen the scar and such during Garp's appearance in the cover story then one of the biggest revelations so far would have been blown out of the water.

If you compare Shanks + Luffy's eyes, Luffy has a lot more rounded eyes.

The foreshadowing im looking most forward to being answered involves Blackbeard… When he is speaking to Luffy when he is first introduced, Teach talks about being patient if you want to achieve dreams. Obviously, BB has been waiting a long time under the shadow of WB for the right time... now that he has started acting... one wonders what his real dream is, because in his first introduction... BB does not seem like a truly evil guy.

The 300M Skypiea gold - Luffy's 300M bounty.
Whenever big money is involved, that amout will become a bounty [and possibly only Luffy's].Another foreshadowing is, of course, Franky and Luffy's drawing. If not Franky, then the next merman nakama is that weirdass one.
