Um, I think we can all agree that the lovely Shuraaaaa is one of the best characters Oda-san has created in One Piece. And the question has to be when will he come back?
Maybe you think he died though when that gross Wiper used the reject dial on him?? Maybe?
hard to predict Oda-san sometimes…

I just think this needs it's own thread because Shura is so cool and interesting. I don't think he can be done! I know you're saying "He was an evil soldier of Ener who took part in conquering other countries" but I think that's shallow? Truth is, I think you can see another side of him, he could be good! We all make mistakes after all, we all murder people for our dictator boss sometimes.
It's just when he confronts Chopper and prepares to murder him, I think I saw a smile on his face. Like he was going to reconsider.

Also remember that Chopper would have never been rescued by Gan Fall, and Usopp would have never seen the Klabauterman, if Shura hadn't burned the Going Merry to smithereens. Methinks that there is more to Shura than meets the eye. It could be that he simply covers up his real feelings, with his massive sleeves. And someone (Luffy maybe?) needs to pierce those sleeves and free Shura's Airheart. It's even possible that he was trying to HELP the Straw Hats in the first place??? After all, when Kuma was first introduced, who would have thunk that he would eventually save all of the Straw Hats at Sabaody??? We could be seeing the same thing from Oda right now.

Although the fact that she actually did play a pretty important role in the villain's schemes in the long run puts her way above both the other female characters recently and also the boring thugs you seem to dislike so much.

Truthfully, we never seen a body or hear about a death for Shura after Wiper hits him with a reject dial, so saying "he's still alive" as a joke may be wrong due to the technicality of him really being alive. Even though the dial is suppose to be so deadly that one hit would have gotten Enel if it wasn't for that pesky electrical DF power of his…wellEnel took the reject straight o the chest, not sure about Shura. Lets remember one priest was able to survive falling off of the Upper yeard and falling all the way to Sandy Island (home to Vivi's kingdom of Arabastra). So maybe Shura could survive. In ch 300 the Shandians said they were going to exile the priests on a cloud island... well in the translation I found they said "desert island". Didn't pretty much every Marine have that storyline in the Punk Hazard arc.
They all got their asses kicked and ran around.
But considering Punk Hazard was basically an entire arc of people just running around that its pretty well.

She played the role of being in a place, and having her heart be in another guy's possession. Notice how she barely said anything at all during any of the Law/Caesar flashback chatter concerning the deals that concerned her lol.
