I really liked the first ending for Gundam Seed Destiny and also I really like the newest ending for OP, I dont know what its called but its preaty good, One that I hate is the new Yakitate Japan, I really liked the one before it but then they changed it for some stupid reason, Also the second ending for GSD was exceptional good.

-Trigun (I loves the series, and I'm NOT saying this because Wolfwood dies, I actually had no problem with that, but I thought the ending was at least one episode too short, and I really wished it as an episode or two longer… the ending felt to abrupt IMHO.)
-Cowboy Bebop had a great ending.
-I liked Trigun's ending personally…. needed more epilouge though... but its still much better than the manga.
-The Naausica manga has a great ending. A wandering war epic rarely ends so neatly and perfectly. I loved seeing the scientists from our time after a whole series of strange medieval fantasy/sci-fi. It was wonderfully surreal. And the Kings fool.....man he rocked.
Ranma 1/2: Wackiness ensues! But who cares?! Bye.

I really, really hate cop-out endings like this, questions that were built up throughout the entire series weren't answered and it pretty much rendered every character irrelevant.

There are notoriously bad endings for shows, but I would welcome ANY sappy/sucky/lame/boring ending over an ambiguous one.
The most horrendous endings are the ambiguous ones; it's almost as if the producing company wants to punish the faithful watchers.
"Hey, I was a faitful fan of this show for six years…and you give me a "Let's head off to another adventure" kinda ending? I want my life back!"
Here are the most infamous.
It is my greatest fear that Oda will conclude One Piece with an ambiguous ending. Imagine Oda abruptly ending the series right before Luffy fights Whitebeard, on the verge of Raftel Island, several Buster Call fleets in hot pursuit of the would-be Pirate King. Such an ending would suck royally.
That's what Shaman King and Ramna 1/2 fans were fed. Personally, the Ranma 1/2 Anime had a sucky ending, but it's MUCH BETTER than that ambiguous final battle of Ranma and Akane at the end of the manga. Loads better.
The ending to the Ranma 1/2 manga was better than the anime although it was was flawed in some respects it's twice as better than ending it at a pivotal point like they did in the anime & following it up with TV Specials that don't bring the story to any true conclusion.

i'll also say neon genesis evangelion, i'm one of those rare dudes who really liked it, may it be the end of the serie or the movie. they were both great.

If I consider everything that comes after the Namek arc as a big needless epilogue then I would say that DragonBallZ has by far the worst and longest ending in manga/anime history.

I haven't seen the Shaman King ending (Can't handle the anime) but I get my hopes crushed everytime someone say it's one of the worst endings. =( I hope the manga ends right.
In my opinion: Medabots ended at season 1, which I find was a nice way to end the series.

-Vision of Escaflowne
Bad ending:
-Sukisyo :They tried to fit 4 game storyline in 12 episode = missing important facts
Mixed feelings:
-Hoshin Engi : Skipped a shitload of characters, kept everyone alived, turned out to be a good "what if" anime
-Yami no Matsuei : "What? It's over already? Oh wait, what's this? Many unexplored plot?" gets manga

Cowboy Bebop: Despite the tragady, Spike went out swinging. Plus I love the look a Vicious's face after Spike get that last shot in.
Tenchi Universe: Nice wrap up to the series.
Big O: I don't care what anyone says, I liked it, very out of the norm.
Dragonball: Despite the filler stories, nice ending.
DBGT: Yeah, stone me if you want. But it at least brought some closure to the series.
R.O.D the TV: While I would've like to see more Joker beat downs (I hate calm cocky villians like him. Not to mention what he and Wendy put the girls through). It was a very nice wrap up.
Gungrave: Beautiful, tragic yet fitting.
FLCL: Didn't like the epilouge, but the image before it with Naota holding the guitair and looking in the sky more the made up for it
Bad:
Shaman King: Felt like an on/off switch. I thought the purpose was to END the shaman fight, not continue it.
Digimon 02 & 04: I hated the way they defeated the last boss in 02 and the end felt cheesy. The overly cliched miracle in 04, bah!
Inuyasha: I was already wavering in wathcing it, and, even though I haven't seen the last episode, hearing Naraku escape AGAIN instantly give it a "Hate it" mark for me.

Trigun: It just felt like something was missing at the end. But I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Wolf's Rain: Another beautiful ending, but I was a bit confused with on the reborn world part.
Although there were some unanswered questions, I liked Giant Robo's ending a lot. I also liked the ending of sCRYed myself. I felt satisfied.
One of the worst endings I've ever seen was Rurouni Kenshin. I heard that it wasn't supposed to end like that in the manga, though.
I can't believe no one said .hack//sign yet. I'm not sure if the game fixed this or whatever, but the ending made me want to punch my compy.
And I liked the Shaman King ending. It's one of those "what if" kind of situations. Plus, you'd have to imagine the character conflicts that would come after being so loyal to Yoh and all…
