yeah I think I got doubles and some triples of most of the commons/uncommons. Usually happens in a box XD Its the harder ones thats an ass to get since it's not worth hassling Hiromi for a single card.
Also got DPCF Chopper and FAZ Luffy. Luffy is nice enough, looks way better than the TS one we got a few months back. Here's hoping Chopper this month is up to scuff too. Aint saw Ain at a price I'll pay for a filler char so dunno how she is. I just wish that the girls weren't gonna cost so much >.<
DPCF Chopper is lovely. Can't knock him. If anything the problem is that there's nobody who fits well with him. So he's with my Resin Robin figure since they're more in scale. (he's bigger than the last one too.)

Just noticed that I got a lil booklet advertising the singles of the FAZ crew. (yup. Get people all excited and then make them exclusive. Although this doesn't say they are exclusive actually. Just there's an option) I guess it's get people all excited and then release Supernova instead.
But anyways. These were listed on places like BIJ etc already. Yet this actually shows the proper prices for them:
Luffy: 2520 (140mm)
Chopper: 1890 (80mm)
Franky 4725 (155mm)Zoro: 2835 (145mm)
Robin: 2835 (175mm)
Brook: 4200 (200mm)Sanji: 2835 (145mm)
Nami: 3465 (140mm)
Usopp: 3570 (140mm)Random that Franky is said to be smaller than Robin. I guess he's bent over. I don't understand Nami's price at all. It seems like they just put her price up because she's a girl. Unless she comes with her child version too?
So yeah I think BIJ was adding like 1000 yen to each of these. Chopper I remember being close to, if not higher than Robin's price. Hopefully 1up will be able to get them more closer to base price.
Still annoyed these are exclusives at all. Or require you to buy all three. Shoulda done the Supernova like that (and Chopper forms). But meh, as far as I'm concerned this means Attack Ver of Robin, Chopper, Fraky and Brook should be announced sooner.

Thats some interesting info thanks, Ive been considering ordering Nami but she would be $60 total. I'll just wait, I really don't have the money to order her now anyways.
Nami has alot more weapons than other that are made seperately then glued on I guess, not to mention her more intriquet chest armor. I would guess theres more labour and material to make her than Zoro or Robin.

Just received the P.O.P Sailing Again Nami (Crimin Version) in the mail today! It came with the P.O.P Official Guidebook, and a message from Oda! The book is full of amazing glossy photos of figurines, plus a section on how they make them. I don't know Japanese but it's still lovely to look at. Here's a couple of photos!

I'm very excited for this one along with Perona at the end of the month. I suppose it can't be helped that he's wearing a rather plain black coat so doesn't match the flamboyantcy of the mugiwara or Kid/Law. I'm just pleased to own figures of characters as they appear in the current Manga/Anime. He'll look cool along side SA Chopper

I got a question for the One Piece Figuarts Zero collectors: Do the non-limited FAZ figures go out of print?
I ask because it appears that every single non-limited FAZ figure from the very beginning of the line is still readily available except for Law, Bepo, Whitebeard, Marco, the first Ace, and Blackbeard.
It doesn't make sense to me that Bandai would only stop making those popular characters, but most of the other early figures like the Admirals are all very easy to get despite being close to two years old.
Should we expect another run of the popular, apparently sold-out characters, or does Bandai "retire" some of them?

Bepo, Law and Marco are easy to find. HLJ had Bepo especially for quite some time.
But I believe they do go out of print. At least I'll be surprised if anything prior to the TS crew a year and a half ago is still in production considering how poorly they were selling (who gives a shit about Nami, Zoro or Nico Robin? You can buy Jozu and Bepo!)

Anyone know if there are bootlegs of the film z wcf vol.1 yet? Theres a Taiwan seller on ebay that has them individually for $13 each. I just don't trust taiwan sellers, theres so many of them and I have had a couple bad experiences with the item never arriving in the past.

With just a few minutes to go until POP pre-orders I thought it's be interesting to do a little
3D2Y comparison:! I really like the new designs, but also the apparent improved quality. Obviously I will keep judgememt until I recieve Perona, but on the whole I definitely think the quality of these figures is going up!
It'll be nice to be able to have a few before and after characters of similar quality though as oppsosed to Sailing Again Luffy compared to his NEO for example where the differences in the finish make them almost look like they're from 2 completely different lines.
Anyway! Good luck with pre-orders to everyone who hasn't already bought from GLS -

Yeah, i'd say on average POP prices have increased by 1k/2k yen although admittedly they're getting a lot more detail/accessories/posability these days. I shudder to think what the LIMITED Newgate Ver.0 will be priced at considering the price of the orginal was 9,240 2 years ago. Probably be around Kid's price of 12K and have no discount being a Megastreshop exclusive.

Official date is Friday 15th February, but as we've seen with Sadi-chan (whose supposed to go up this Friday) he'll be up at some places long before then. Big In Japan already have him up for 17,500 yen, but it's a little too much if you ask me.
We'll probably see him go up early Feb elsewhere once Megahouse add him to their megahobby site.

Nice one!! Yeah, it is expensive, but well worth it i'm sure!! It'll be very interesting to see what happens with him. The high price may put a lot of people off so the production quantity may end up being very low. However on the flipside, a lot of retailers may order multiples in a hope of making a quick buck, flooding the market and ultimately causing the price to drop after release….......personally i'm not gonna risk it, lol

No way am I paying $240 after shipping for one POP. I might be the only one, but that price is just insane. I thought Kid was pricey at around $150 after shipping. I have limited run hand painted resin statues that cost less. Personally I could do without all these alternate parts, I really don't use them. Fixed pose is fine for me, thank you! XD

I completely agree with you Maggie. They should release him in a standard run, with only one head and one set of arms… I can't see the point on having the tools, did we see him use them? And the extra head and arms are nice, but no way the justify the price. If I wanted an action figure of him, I would've bought the Chogokin version. He even comes with his tank for that price...
Same opinion with Kid. Is that extra arm really worth 4-5k yen? I don't think so. No wonder he is getting cheaper and cheaper everyday...
They made a clever move with making Franky limited, though. He will not drop in price for sure. I don't see a lot of resellers wanting to buy him in bulk, since POPs has not been profitable for a long time, not even the SH (HLJ is continually restocking Brook, Usopp and Robin) and the only ones who sold well are getting rereleased.
Also, I don't agree with you Kanji. WB vol. 0 should have the same price tag as the original one. Like BB 1.5 and Garp ver. 0 prices were closer to the original ones. Unlike Law, that has more arms and more head, which the increase is somehow justified.

Nah. Far too expensive for Franky. MAYBE if they did a Monster Chopper then I would be tempted even at that price. But still kinda reluctant. But it's about 4x more expensive than what I'd seriously considering paying for a Franky POP
