The qulaity still looks nice to me… These remind me greatly of WCF because they are only slightly smaller, and (imho) when the WCFs were painted better (these keychains are fully painted, no skin tone plastic or whatnot).

I would buy Robin but I usually only buy the villains or bigger characters (physically) in these sets, and I pair them with smaller gashapon so the sizing works out. They look really nice next to WCFs and the like. Strangely, as I usually always like these, I feel the Shirahoshi looks odd/off:

For Kanji_xii: Keep searching YAJ I suppose, unless 1Up can locate them locally? There was an auction on YAJ that looked really good, but it's only for one piece, not a set >_<;;

I was just looking at my figures and noticed that my GLM Zoro's sword hilt had broken off (pre-time skip Zoro one).

Went digging and thankfully found it on the carpet between some figures, now to glue it back on. It must have been like that for 2 weeks and I didn't notice. I rejigged some stuff and I remember one figure falling to the floor, guess it broke his sword on the way down. This is what happens when you have too many figures for the space and stuff them in every cm available to the point that their not all stable heh.

Funny thing is when I was digging for the hilt I found a brown plastic fur piece, I then realized it is Kid's fur collar from my statue trading fig of him. I didn't notice that was missing either.

Today i opened my Wiper Sculture, delf-aged chopper wcf and the Rivals DX Set. I must say that i was a bit surprised with Wipper, i thought it would be smaller after reading your impressions guys, its true that it would be better if he was bigger but i think that when we get dynamic poses with this line, they cant be so big than the others ( wich i wish so xD).

I need more space lol, im out of it, lately i've been re-seting up the figures to be able to keep it displaying them lol.

IK Zoro material does look kinda cheap but he still looks great I will have to get him
Tashigi too probably, she doesn't look half bad, and these are a pretty good size since they're almost on par with the pop in terms of height with the base.

I like the look of him and the fact that he's as big as the pop is a plus.
Apparently he's running for 10-11k on manda right now so I'm definitely waiting for prices to cool down.

Actually he's a little smaller than POP. Probably 2 cm smaller.
For Zoro, I guess his price would be 6000-7000 JPY finally. His popularity doesn't help.
Tashigi would be 3000, and Ryuma probably 5000-6000.
Let's wait for a few weeks for price to cool down (it didn't happen to IK Memories Luffy-Shanks though).

Yeah I'm not saying he's the exact same size, I'm just saying the general scale is close to that of the pop which is a good thing. Seeing as how I thought these would be much smaller like how the crappy Ichiban Kuji romance dawn figs turned out to be.

Yeah. He's in 1/8 scale (ALTER version though, a bit smaller than the Megahouse 1/8 scale).
IK Romance Dawn is a massive disappointment apart from Franky which is really good.

I received SCultures Wiper a few days ago. After put off by the review at several websites, I decided to gamble on ordering him. Turned out it's a correct decision.
He's not small. Not at all. Actually he's a bit bigger than GLM.

He's actually the best One Piece Scultures figure by far.

Well done Banpresto. My faith in you returned a bit.

I'm really impressed with him. Totally exceed my expectation. Hopefully the next volume of OP and DB Scultures are closer to this Wiper in quality than Scultures Luffy, Mihawk, Nami, etc.

He also sculpted that ferocious Blackbeard from Scultures OP Vol.2.
The guy is very talented and managed to capture Oda's art very well.

Theres been no secrets in the Film Z sets, you just get 2 sets in a box. Though for whatever reason the Japanese store I bought them individually from had Usoupp for $18 while the rest were $5-8. So whatever that is about. I bought the battle costumes set 2 box and got 2 full sets.

Zoro price will go down, in few month i'm sure, even if he is popular, like his other IK his price will go down, like every other IK to be honest, it depends on the character though, i'm gonna hunt him down on yahoo auction, i already snagged the goods set for a great price, i just miss the 2 Zoro's :3

What a lovely coincedence, I got my Wiper today too Along with Olivia and Jango.
Olivia is ok, her face is a bit too shiny, but she's all right.
I absolutely adore both Jango and Wiper. I don't know about people who say Scultures were a let down, I guess you could say that about earlier, but action ones - holy smokes, so good! Wonderful sculpt of course, their quality and size are decent, I love the colours too.

Ok, I've been thinking about this and actually for me it went like this:
Nami and Sanji - pretty good, material looked cheaper since they didn't have much paintjob done to their skin, but looked good non the less
Luffy and Mihawk - turned out to be quite small due to large bases, painting quality was sloppy, especially on Mihawk
Drake and Dalton - excellent.
Enel and Jango - Enel looks terrible, but he looked quite bad to me from the beginning, I just didn't like his sculpt/style. Jango is excellent.
Lucci and Ace - same as Nami and Sanji, pretty nice, GLM-like quality.
Wiper - amazing
Zoro - haven't seen him in person/don't own him yet, but from what I've seen on pictures he looks ok.

I could agree with your rating of Scultures.
Haven't seen Drake and Dalton. Zoro is decent. Not as great as Jango and Wiper. The material is also inferior to Lucci's.
The skin and clothes are glossy and those put me off. But I'll keep him since he's Zoro and the sculpt is ok.
My rating will be (from best to worst):
1. Wiper
2. Jango
3. Dalton
4. Drake (probably)
5. Lucci
6. Zoro
7. Sanji
8. Luffy
9. Nami (that face burn)
10. Mihawk (small and poor finishing)
11. Ace (for the totally "he is not Ace" sculpt)
12. Enel (totally horrible)

Still great figure though but he's not perfect.
I looked at the previous expo pictures and realized these are the differences:

The difference lies in the coloring tone.
While in the previous version his uniform is more glossy, the final one is rather bland. The final version face tone is also a bit darker.
The difference of color tone between his face and neck of the final version also kinda ruin the great sculpt.
Not trying to be nitpicking, but Megahouse just need to do a little bit more to release a perfect figure.

Yeah, I get what you mean. I also thought the final product has a kind of redish tint to it, but I put this down to the lighting used when taking these pictures. Certainly his gloves don't look as glossy as they did at Miyazawa.

And dont forget the quality deffrence between camaras. Take a photo of the same thing under the same conditions and it will turn out deffrently between both camaras. Like the colour red or blue or gray for example.

I dunno, the pictures at ameba look like they've been taken with artificial light and a screen. The ones at Miyazawa are more likely taken in natural light.

I'll hold out until I see more pictures before I speculate on why he looks so orangey/red.
