Apparently Blue Water Studios made an English Test Dub of One Piece

I was doing some google-ing recently and stumbled upon this thread (http://www.mania.com/aodvb/showpost.php?p=1521779&postcount=35) and found this:

"Also, I believe Blue Water Studios in Calgary made a test dub for the first episode of One Piece that never got released. This was before 4Kids picked up the license."

Does anybody know more about this? Was this released to the public any way, shape or form?

I wonder how things would have turned out if Blue Water had dubbed the series…

Wow this is very interesting! I never thought Blue Water did a dub of One Piece, though what would be the chance that it ever surfaces?

I heard about that, it was a pilot Toei Animation made I think.
