One Piece 692 : The killer from Dressrosa

Yes, the gas doesn't seem to have effected his hands that much, but maybe if he attempted the gas on Luffy's entire body it could've worked. Nothing in the story suggested that the gas wouldn't be effective. If anything, his new form boost should've renewed confidence in his fighting abilities (which made the form such a waste as well). Or he could have tried to remove the oxygen so Luffy couldn't breathe. Any last ditch attempt at defense would've been more effective/better than groveling, especially since he's capable of moving/fighting back.
Gizmo, you're missing the point of the scene entirely. Luffy is above and beyond Caeser, his new form didn't change that. Nothing Caeser could have done would have saved him from Luffy. Sure he could have tried but it wouldn't have made a difference. Caeser was fucked and he knew it. His only option was grovelling. He knew he just pissed off an opponent leagues above him. Imagine a mouse biting the paw of a lion. Caeser's transformation was tantamount to that nibbling mouse, Luffy just smashed his paw.

I get that Luffy is superior in fighting ability, but my point is he didn't have to be beyond saving (at that point). It wasn't like Wapol. He could have fought back, especially since Luffy is just standing in front of him preparing to strike. Like I said, he could've tried anything other than asking For mercy since he has those options. Why even suck up the shinokuni gas if you're not even going to try to use it on your opponent?
Trying to run away makes more sense than asking for forgiveness.
-
Whos makinos son ace or shanks????
I think its ace
Portgas d …????
-
@Ace:
But they do, atleast Kidd does. Kidd has already destroyed two of Big Mam's ships. He is already a target.
That might be one reason, who knows?
-
the hint is that we didnt read which Yonkou Law mentioned. I am not about to start arguing about whether its Big Mom or Kaidou but to me it seems both have same chances. And until i read the name of the Yonkou every hint toward Big Mom is making me believe its Kaidou. And the hints toward Big Mom arent that great to make it a definite its her when we are presented with several unkown brokers.
HInts its big mom:
Luffy wants to fight her
Kid sank her ships
You see pekoms and baron
has an army of strong individuals (all Yonkou has those)
As you can see your only real hint is that she is mentioned not that she is the one. And from what we saw of her character her desire was food related. unlike Kaidou who gave me the impression of someone more ambitious from his skirmish with Red hair when WB was trying to save Ace.And what about the "hint" of the last page of chapter 690?
Law said that they will smash the gear(s) that Dofla has been making and Oda drew that gear between CC and BM, so by drawing it there Oda basically heavily implied(or you can even say that he confirmed) that the Yonkou Law and Luffy(and the Kid-Apoo-Hawkins alliance) want to take down is really BM.

But he was and yes he was just like Wapol. Down to the facial expressions. Caeser realized his abilities were meaningless in front of Luffy and there was no escape. Begging was his only recourse. It's as simple as that.
-
What I find really cool is seeing DoFla wearing a pirate coat in this chapter as he is ready for the worst with all the Den Den's in front of him.
He really looks badass with it… Well OK he always looks bad-ass
Now it will be nice to see where we go next... Will we go to Dressrosa or with Kinemon and Momonosuke first to Wano... meaning seperating from Law
-
To be honest, I can't wait for the confrontation with Doflamingo and his crew. I mean… Up until this point, we haven't really seen Doflamingo get straight-up pissed and serious; serious about killing someone. He's always laughing, smiling, and cracking...evil jokes.
-
Me too… His crew so fat seems the best and most interesting one ever seen. Even tops BW for me
-
But he was and yes he was just like Wapol. Down to the facial expressions. Caeser realized his abilities were meaningless in front of Luffy and there was no escape. Begging was his only recourse. It's as simple as that.
Couple differences though.
1)Wapol didn't get upgraded with his super power boost and then just decide to not fight back. CC literally decided do NOTHING at that moment. I've mentioned it with other examples of Luffy attempting to defeated the big bad form, but every other villain attempted to put up some defense. Some final attack/block etc. to try to stop the attack. None of that with CC.
And no, this wasn't a "he couldn't react" since he did react. He tried to talk Luffy out of it, which is disappointing to me. And it's not like Caesar hasn't shown to use deceptive attacks or try to fight back in earlier fights either.
2)Wapol actually did fight back until the bitter end. He started groveling only when he was stuck in a building and had no escape.
http://www.mangapanda.com/103-2258-16/one-piece/chapter-151.html
Sure Caesar noticed the attack mid punch, but he was free to move. Free to counter. Free to run away. Free to do something. -

Trying to run away makes more sense than asking for forgiveness.
A couple things.
1. Even though it took two chapters to show Luffy's Gum Gum attacks are much faster than that. Basically, he absorbs Shino, luffy dodges back to get a start and then bazookas but all of that must take place in a matter of seconds. He's too big at this point to move to the side like last time and there's nowhere to run from that attack at that speed so all he can really do is stare at it and whine.
2. He wasn't asking for mercy or forgiveness. I don't really think you understand what a pathetic egotistical pos CC is. The whole time Luffy is beating him in the face he's giving Luffy a speech about how well connected he is. Notice everytime he think he gets an opening for an attack he does take it but it's useless. To CC Luffy is a fly that is somehow managing to beat him. He knows he's losing but he can't come to terms with it. He's not groveling he's saying "what are you doing!? why don't you understand how important and connected and powerful I am?!?" He doesn't run because he still can't openly admit that he's lost even with Shino, at his strongest. He sucked it up knowing it would make him stronger and despite that growth Luffy keeps on completely unphased, that's why he starts crying. Luffy is going to beat the crap out oh him and nothing he can do will stop it. He's terrified but at the same time so egotisical he can't admit that so even as he's crying he's trying to convince Luffy how great he is. Right before he gets bazooka'd in the face.
-
It's probably been said. But I was not expecting such a color spread o_o. Why are they shirtless and drinking milk? The combination of that and Nami and Robin looking scared was pretty funny. Unintentional I'm sure…
Pretty good chapter. Glad the mangastream translation came out sooner rather than later. I could not understand Baby 5 with the panda version. Her character flaw amuses me. I sorta like the the extreme nature of the repercussions. Sketchy dude takes advantage of her, town gets decimated lol.

Like how about this gas burner attack since he knows Luffy is coming straight at him? http://www.batoto.net/read/_/143850/one-piece_ch690_by_mangarule/4
Or how about removing the oxygen so Luffy can't breathe?
Even something simple like running away, or closing your eyes and spraying nerve gas at Luffy's direction would've made more sense.
And like I've been saying, he didn't even try to fight with the shinokuni gas when Luffy was finally coming at him. I get why since he thought Luffy was running away he didn't bother, but now?
Edit: scratch what was here earlier. It's not so much I want the fight to be prolonged, but this just seemed like a anticlimatic way to end the fight. -
It's probably been said. But I was not expecting such a color spread o_o. Why are they shirtless and drinking milk? The combination of that and Nami and Robin looking scared was pretty funny. Unintentional I'm sure…
.Oh, that's not the colorspread, but the shonen jump cover.
The colorspread is everyone sitting around, sporting numbers? There's a giant clock in the background?
-
I guess next week Bins will be on the SJ cover, probably with Luffy, Usopp and (General) Franky.

Sure Caesar noticed the attack mid punch, but he was free to move. Free to counter. Free to run away. Free to do something.Doesn't matter. For all the good the upgrade did, the mouse might have as well put on a suit of armor. He'd still get flattened and Caeser realized as much. Caeser didn't do anything because he knew there wasn't anything he could do that would change his fate. He's a coward like that. He's not the type to go out fighting when he knows he's finished because he was going to eat that Magnum Grizzly no matter what he tried to do. I mean, I don't really see why this is an issue, you're disappointed that the coward didn't lose gracefully? Well, kinda the point.
-
The colorspread is everyone sitting around, sporting numbers? There's a giant clock in the background?
I'm surprised that only a handful users commented on it thus far, really unlike Arlong Park. Because of that I initially thought it was an old one, maybe a random addition from Mangapanda.
-
They were looking for seastone cuffs or chains or something earlier. Bet Law (or someone)'s gonna use 'em on Caesar now.
-
It's probably been said. But I was not expecting such a color spread o_o. Why are they shirtless and drinking milk? The combination of that and Nami and Robin looking scared was pretty funny. Unintentional I'm sure…
I don't know if its true but someone earlier mentioned they are in hot spirngs I think; they said its usually milk or sake drunk in there.
Yeah its unintinional. As they guys scene was the hot springs and the girls & Chopper were facing off agaisnt Ain and affected by her powers.
-
I told you guys Oda was saving Franky for an epic scene!
But as great as Franky's reappearance was, this chapter had a ton to offer and it was written great. For me personally, I was happy to see Ceaser Clown get the f!ck out of here. I was getting tired of him talking shit and acting like he was impenetrable. And it definitely gave Wapol vibes with him trying to tell Luffy he could be his subordinate.
So many questions popping up. What will happen to Kinemon and Momo? What will happen to Monet and Vergo? Will Law and Franky be able to take CC, or will Baby 5 and Buffalo succeed in bringing him back to Doflamingo? What exactly is Doflamingo plotting? So much to look forward to!
-

Guess the cover of everyone drinking milk stole the spotlight? Dunno why, it's a great spread.
-
Great chapter! Luffy is SUCH an idiot…don't know how he's going to get PK with his attitude
And just a question: Did Law say they should both go after Caesar, or is only Law himself going? Cuz both Law & Luffy would be more than enough for Baby 5 & Buffalo...Franky gonna hold them back for a while anyway.Lol what would death serve in this arc aside from give some of you guys a fat woody?
No but seriously , this even goes back to the lame ass argument of Jinbe dying before he joins the crew.
How convenient.
Oda didn't kill anyone for over 10 years in the current timeline until WB and Ace.
Those two deaths serve MAJOR purpose for the story.Jinbe?
Fodder G-5?
Kinemon?
What purpose would their deaths serve?
You know, I actually don't really want to see death. But if you boast the potency of this poison this whole time and say it kills etc., then it's best you don't show people recovering from it. Now, there could be some explanation as to why it didn't work as Caesar thought or something, or it's just Kinemon who survives because of his DF, but still.
That's what I dislike most about Oda - he could keep everyone alive for all I care, but just don't make it seem as if they died just to bring them back again. I'm happy for them, of course, but it's a bit of a story/immersion breaker (for me at least). -
Katzztar that sig is nice… can you imagine how much attention One Piece would get (whether good or bad) if Oda did a color spread of all the characters doing the Gangnam Style dance? Best manga ever + most watched youtube video ever = BOOOOOMMMM

You forgot one question… is that just a small plant attached to the 'matured black Kabuto', or did Usopp's weapon eat a DF as its bigger than what we've seen so far.
-
I do also like the clock spread. The cover was sorta amusing for me too so I commented on that. Especially since Aokiji was also on there.
I thought Sanji having a shirt with Nami on it was weird. But the spread was good.
-
I'm going to go through some awesome pages of comments. But until there, I'll just post my prediction:
"Kinemon's son will start freaking out when he notices his father is dead, and thus awaken is power of healing… remember the poison doesn't kill straight away, that's why Ceaser invented the gray thingy to keep people from running away. So he will be able to save Kinemon and heal Moka, but won't be able to save anyone else."That or Chopper hype. But I'm pretty sure only Kinemon will be saved... No way they can go back xD.

Luffy wasn't close enough for oxygen removal to work and when he was it was too late for CC. He was clearly to scared to fight, the man was crying, he's pathetic. He was too large to run away and there was nowhere to go even if ditched Shino.
People have said these things before. I don't know what they were expecting. CC isn't Rob Lucci or Enel or Crocodile. He's Spandam or a Tenryubito or Nezumi. He's a charlaton. A hack scientist with a huge ego. IMO his fight with Luffy went on too long but i was glad to see him get pounded so much. I guess its how you interpret the character and the meaning of the fight.
-
You forgot one question… is that just a small plant attached to the 'matured black Kabuto', or did Usopp's weapon eat a DF as its bigger than what we've seen so far.
Oh yeah, I did notice that. I'm also curious as to what it could be. You mentioned the possibility of it eating a DF… Hmmm, I didn't think of that, but it would be really fun if that was the case.
-

Franky isn't weak, so at the very least he can delay Baby 5 and Buffalo till Law and all the others arrive and then we all know that they(Law-Luffy alliance) will kick their asses.
-
I hate to start this with complaints but I think it's important to point out what I want to happen versus what I think will happen. Kind of like a disclaimer to show where my biases are.
So since the end of Fishman Island I have been hoping the next arc would be to beat Big Mom. No I don't think it's too early nor do I believe the SHs aren't strong enough. The 4 days to the tea party that coincided with reverie was to me the perfect opportunity to disrupt the New World order.
However since the introduction of Vergo some chapters back it was becoming apparent that Dofla was the target of this saga. I posted my dissatisfaction at that development at the time. I also mentioned my hate of Dofla character and hype.
~~I believe it was Silverspoon (I hope i'm not misspelling and/or mistaken)~~Actually it was The Daz It was bothering me so I checked. No one bothered to correct me though "kissing the wrong ass is so awkward "
who took this hate of the mysterious character archetype to another level a few chapters back, By dissecting Law, another character I don't care for. Although, I can't muster the same levels of loathing, I don't have enough haki, I salute that wonderful chain of postings filled with seething resentment and unadulterated contempt. They were both entertaining and educational. So hat's off to you good Sir.
I mention this now because people are already complaining about Dofla being too cool to lose in Dressrosa to Luffy. Which is where this story appears to be going. The panels introducing Baby 5 and Buffalo are slightly in the past. Which means law will be late arriving on the deck of the SAD Tanker.
2 ways this can go.
First, the obvious CC gets rescued and Franky beaten.
Second, less obvious, Franky is kidnapped too.
It offers little redemption to Franky either way. But it's bound to happen to offer a hook into the next stop of the saga. Namely Dressrosa. I hate to say it but both Franky and CC are needed to provide motivation to Both SHs and Law to follow through into Dofla's lair.
Dofa's exploration and subsequent vanquishing is bound to cause disappointment. Since there is little of him to go on, people start building him up in their minds. Filling the gaps so to speak. And so I offer this question. If Dofla is so strong and wise why not beat a yonko? and take over his/her place? Either he can't due to lack of personal strength and/or personnel, or lack of will or courage. Or he has an entirely different goal, money perhaps or something equally mundane. For which he requires constant protection from the government in the form of a Shichibukai title. With a network of spies everywhere both in government and pirate worlds. It's obvious that he functions mainly through deception and never outright confrontation. So It's clear that he is a sleazy cowardly figure. Law basically states this a few chapters back. That despite Dofla's constant refrain about the new age. He exists to SERVE the status quo. He is not even THE status que. just a servant of it.
So I'm disappointed that SHs will bother with him instead of going straight to a yonko. Whether SHs need an alliance or not is an entirely different matter. I guess I made my peace with the idea since it was heavily foreshadowed. Namely in Sabaody Archipelago as the supernovas were introduced. Oda uses Kid, Law and Luffy to defeat a clearly inferior force of marines. I believe that was a harbinger of things to come.
Now as I stated above I'm literally holding my breath for a yonko beating. However as SAD and its use as a precursor to SMILES (an artificial zoan devil fruit variant) was introduced, I find myself doubting that Big Mom is capable of such scheming. She was shown to be single-mindedly obsessed with finding candy. To the point of neglecting her crew and fleet. I find myself hoping it's Kaido that's creating an army of animal monsters. He seems to be devious enough. And frankly the only other possibility considering Blackbeard and Shanks don't bother with fodder. But alas there is mounting hints that it is indeed Big Mom. So now I have to wait for dofli to get his ass kicked before moving on to Big Mom who seems, at least to me, to have an inconsistent personality. My only hope is that Tamago is solely responsible for the underworld stuff.
That concludes the whining part of the post.
On another hand Kinemon falling to shinokuni seems to solidify his position as passenger on sunny along with Momo which makes Wano a lot more probable destination in SHs journy. The question that remains of course is when and how. Oh the person everyone seems to think is Rob lucci is not. He looks like a high society type, a thinker of some sorts who gives advice or orders. I highly doubt Lucci would change that much no matter how sound a beating Luffy gave him. No clue about the other brokers though.
I apologize again for the whiny parts.
-

LOL I went to PBlChopperMan DA account that did this, unfortunately, this is the only one he's done so far.
hehe this is cute, I'd keep up some more but…as soon as I get that Usopp panel of this chapter colored its going up! -
You can say a sentence a few seconds. Luffy wasn't close enough for oxygen removal to work and when he was it was too late for CC. He was clearly to scared to fight, the man was crying, he's pathetic. He was too large to run away and there was nowhere to go even if ditched Shino.

I don't know how you could equate CC to those others since he has been shown to have the ability to deal a lot of damage as a fighter, but I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.
Doesn't matter. For all the good the upgrade did, the mouse might have as well put on a suit of armor. He'd still get flattened and Caeser realized as much. Caeser didn't do anything because he knew there wasn't anything he could do that would change his fate. He's a coward like that. I mean, I don't really see why this is an issue, you're disappointed that the coward didn't lose gracefully? Well, kinda the point.
Yea that's pretty much it. I didn't like how his final moments were just doing nothing but trying to talk Luffy out of it. For your metaphor, it's like he put on a suit of armor, but just let the guy punch him in his uncovered face instead. Like I said, he could've tried anything else instead of just accepting the loss. He could've tried running away, or putting up some kind of defense to even attempt to block the attack instead. I would've preferred some kinda counter attack. But that's me.

You know, I actually don't really want to see death. But if you boast the potency of this poison this whole time and say it kills etc., then it's best you don't show people recovering from it. That's what I dislike most about Oda - he could keep everyone alive for all I care, but just don't make it seem as if they died just to bring them back again. I'm happy for them, of course, but it's a bit of a story/immersion breaker (for me at least). This is exactly how I feel, I'm fine with a lack of death in the series but I really don't like it when Oda gives us false sacrifices and ridiculously inneffective 'lethal' weaponry. From Brownbeard's 'death' at the hands of the 'deadly' Yeti Cool Brothers to the gas cloud that probably won't kill anyone it just gets a little annoying and takes away from the jeapordy of the situation.
I don't think that Oda has to make the situations a matter of life or death, it can be just as tense without the threat of imminent death. If Oda just said that the Gas doesn't kill you instantaneously, it freezes you in position so that you die the most horrible death imaginable then we know that the situation is realistically (its not necessarily likely, but its possible) redeemable but at the same time terrifying, not only would it avoid some of these "why won't they die!!!!" questions it would also make Caesar seem like even more of a sadistic bastard. Now of course this could be the case but if it was then I don't think it's been made clear enough in the story.
Also Buffalo's fruit seems pretty similar to one Sharinguru had, this doesn't necessarily matter I just hope that Buffalo doesn't fight in a similar way.
-
I don't understand why Law is so angry at Luffy blowing Ceasar away. Can't Law just do his teleportation thingy towards the direction Ceaser was blown away and catch up with him easily ?
-
Oh yeah, I did notice that. I'm also curious as to what it could be. You mentioned the possibility of it eating a DF… Hmmm, I didn't think of that, but it would be really fun if that was the case.
At first I thought it was just a plant that took the spot of the shot, a plant that was more active than the usual Pop Green. While the Green Devil (seen against the SH fakers) seemed to well-behaved as it only attacked the fakes, not the bystanders or Usopp & Nami, this lil guy seemed to be agreeing with Usopp in that pic.
I remembered that a while back some were commenting on how tehy would love to see one of Usopp's plants eat a DF…
Then someone pointed out the handle of this kabuto was longer than the Kuro Kabuto we've seen at SA and FI, it was only slightly bigger than his original slingshot. This one is almost half the lenght of the first Kabuto that was size of a staff.
So it made me wonder; is it a entirely new kabuto, or did the Kabuto 'eat' a DF, like how Mr.4's gun or Spandam's sword did... even though theirs was were zoans... thats the only kink so far in the theory... -
I still read it. Why did you even think that?
Oh.
Is it because I'm not discussing it here in this thread every week? That too + i rarely saw you getting into One Piece related discussions. I might have missed them.
Alright. -

When Baby 5 and Buffalo were above PH, Caeasar got blown to the tanker. Law came to where Luffy is right after he sent him flying there. So unless the corridor that connects the door R66 to the outer world is suuuuper long, Law is gonna be where Baby 5, Buffalo, Franky and Caesar are in the next chapter. So unless Baby 5 and Buffalo can OHKO Franky immediately which I doubt, Law and the rest are going to be there in time to beat them up.

This, pretty much.
Caesar's experiments are nothing to laugh about…..surely being on an island filled with a mad scientist and poisonous gas has to result in consequences, correct? G-5 Marines sacrificed themselves to let Tashigi and Sanji pass, and I'd hate to see that sacrifice amount to nothing. Especially they went out in such an awesome way!
But now that Kinemon's been petrified (please don't let this be a gag).....Oda is going to make one choice or the other. Either have him die with all the other victims, or have Chopper/Law come up with a cure to treat them all. Naturally, the latter would be extremely disappointing, but nothing new to One Piece and nothing Oda hasn't done before. The man just hates killing off his creations for no good reason.
The ideal choice for me? At least fix Kinemon, seeing as his story hasn't been told in full. And he's a wacky character with heart and determination. As much as I want this gas to be kept a formidable threat, I'd hate for him to die without seeing Momonosuke.

Oh the person everyone seems to think is Rob lucci is not. He looks like a high society type, a thinker of some sorts who gives advice or orders. I highly doubt Lucci would change that much no matter how sound a beating Luffy gave him. No clue about the other brokers though.
He just happens to look exactly like Lucci, who we haven't seen after the timeskip. How convenient.

I don't understand why Law is so angry at Luffy blowing Ceasar away. Can't Law just do his teleportation thingy towards the direction Ceaser was blown away and catch up with him easily ?
I was thinking this too, but it might be that Law's mad because he needs Luffy to do something else in the future more complicated than "Beat this guy up and capture him". If you went all in (there's no going backwards now after all) with an alliance with someone who can't follow simple instructions, you'd be mad too. Law's risking his life on this operation and he can't afford unforced errors like that.

Like I said B5 and Buffalo see CC just as he hits the SAD Tanker whereas Law has to ask Luffy where he is a few minutes later. Why introduce that timing advantage if you're not going to use it? granted I'm not %100 sure. but I have reason to think Law will be too late.
-
Franky isn't weak, so at the very least he can delay Baby 5 and Buffalo till Law and all the others arrive and then we all know that they(Law-Luffy alliance) will kick their asses.
Yeah, I'm expecting a SUPER fight from the guy to make up for his absence for the past 15 or so chapters.
So since the end of Fishman Island I have been hoping the next arc would be to beat Big Mom. No I don't think it's too early nor do I believe the SHs aren't strong enough. The 4 days to the tea party that coincided with reverie was to me the perfect opportunity to disrupt the New World order.
Wait, what? You believe the Straw Hats are strong enough to take on one of the Emperors? It's still way too early for that. I'm sorry, but trashing Hody Jones and his crew of weaklings does not prove the Straw Hats are strong enough to take on Whitebeard-level opponents. And mind you, Whitebeard was old, weak, and sick, yet still took down half the marine army, Akainu, and half of Marineford all by himself.
Also, you can feel free to hate Dofla, but I love the guy. He's literally like the Joker of One Piece, hence the name, and it's quite fitting.
About Franky losing… I hope not, but we'll see where this goes. Honestly, as much as I'd hate to see Franky lose, it would be good character development for him as opposed to his usual goofy nature.
So it made me wonder; is it a entirely new kabuto, or did the Kabuto 'eat' a DF, like how Mr.4's gun or Spandam's sword did... even though theirs was were zoans... thats the only kink so far in the theory...That's an interesting theory for sure. We'll have to see where Oda goes with this.

right,here
Ha, awesome. All this time I thought the silhouette is facing towards his subordinate (thanks to the MPanda logo covering everything..). Now I'm almost sure that this isn't Lucci. His head is differently shaped, especially when we pay attention to the cheeks.
!
The shadowbroker has a thinner face overall. -

He does not look like Lucci. Lots of top hats exist. In fact many nobels wear them. Like I don't know the person in your avatar who shall remain nameless!
It's far more likely to be a person of that class with underworld connections that we are yet to learn of rather than Lucci. All other known characters among the brokers were easily identifiable. Why specifically obscure such an insignificant character like Lucci? -

Why specifically obscure such an insignificant character like Lucci? How does it not look like Lucci? Sure, the possibility exists that it's not, but how cna you look at the structure of the thin face, the curly hair with the top hat and not at least admit there is a striking resemblance? And since when is Lucci, one of the top assassins of CP9, insignificant? He had a cover story that was hinting at something important for the CP9 members.

The shadowbroker has a thinner face overall.Dude, you really can't tell anything from a shadowed half of his face… It looks the same to me, to be honest, though.

Why specifically obscure such an insignificant character like Lucci?I'm not completely sold on the idea, but I think it's a bit too soon to rule him out. It does have some merit, as seen here:
@Foxy:16 Characters Of this.
!
And sure, it's the New World and it could be anyone..But it COULD also be Lucci.
