Music licenses are held differently. This happens a lot when licenses expire. Plenty of newer releases for old television shows have a completely different opening since they don't want to pay money to renew the license for just a DVD release. They should have it for next week's episode.
About the actual episode:
It was very good. I enjoyed the way they executed the disturbed yet intense feeling of the children's addiction.
The visuals combined with the eerie sounds helped increase the tension, in my opinion.Remember, kids. Drugs are bad…...unless it's marijuana.

That part with Brook calling it Romantic had me laughing for quite a bit, especially given Zoro and Nami/Sanji staring at each other. We need more filler like that.
For one of the calmer moments in this arc, it was a very enjoyable episode.
Yeah, the middle part of this episode is really disturbing and intense. I'm definitely a fan. Chopper gets some great moments this arc and especially this episode. I know not everyone enjoys the kids and their subplot, but I do.

The new opening wasn't that great. "We Go" though not great was definitely better. Toei fucked up with the spoiler of Doflamingo. The episode was better than expected as i found the kids on drugs hilarious.

How can you not put Doflamingo in the opening for this arc, especially considering how long it will probably last?
I thought the opening was really good and catchy. The episode was also great. It was hilarious and the way they handled the kids drugged up was done well and made me feel for them a bit more than in the manga.
Finally watched the episode. I still couldn't care less about the kids and their drama, but there were plenty of funny bits with good timing, like Franky/Chopper's faces, Zoro and Sanji at the end, and Luffy saying he's perfectly fine with the body swaps, much for Nami's despair.
Hahaha, Brook saying it was Romantic had me laughing for awhile there, especially knowing that he knew that he was basically trolling them, I loved it. Also the scene with the kids, good job toei now I am starting to have faith that they are going to do the arc justice.
Also Sanji saying Nami's boobs are huge

This was a good episode - no complaints whatsoever.
Robin-Franky scene was hilarious and I thought the scene with the kids was really well done. Made me loathe Caesar a little bit more.

Doesn't Horriblesubs just rip the Funi simulcast version or something? That's why the quality isn't very good.

Nice ep again. Kids' withdrawal symptoms looked creepy, especially Sind's even tough it was a little draggy. Also Big Lol at the animators actually fusing Motcha's and other kid's head in that one scene.

Every opening always have a major spoiler or a couple, this one isnt as bad as the other ones. Also based on the opening this arc will probably last til the next opening, which will probably take place next yr…which isn't bad since its really catchy.

It's really not that big of a spoiler at all. You're comparing apples to oranges here. You're talking about spoiling Robin joining the crew versus showing a random image of Doflamingo. We've had random shots of Doflamingo in the past along with other random characters in openings when he never even appeared in those episodes at all.

The direction of this episode was quite good, and the animation was pretty above-average overall. Definitely a well-handed episode all-around. Even the filler was entertaining. The handling of the withdrawl and the gradual loss of their senses was top-notch.

Actually, he said "heavy". And, truth be told, that would be hard for anyone else in Nami's body not to notice (except Robin). Though Sanji's reaction to it and exclaiming it out loud is … yeah, I think Toei should lay off Sanji for a bit. But who am I kidding, Toei's going keep mining it long before Sanji and Nami return to normal.

I always watch the openings and endings, but that's just a personal thing of mine. Unless I really dislike them, which is rare for me.

Great episode especialy the kids part whem chopper reveals that they are being drugged with the voice actors realy shine in these moments.
The only thing that was weak this episode at least to me was the way they handle the franky and robin interactions regarding how he should talk when is on chopper body.
And Frani is scary.

A great episode, in my opinion. Toei did a good job highlighting the horrors of the drug-addicted children, what with the eery music and visuals. VAs did a good job too….think Ikue Otani's voice was cracking!
And little minor stuff, like Brook's "Romantic", Robin telling Franky not to speak in Chopper's body, Luffy opting to keep the body swaps.....stuff like that was amusng.

Best part of the new opening was the Robin/Usopp combo attack during the Attack Exposition part. That was just awesome. But overall, I did enjoy it. I like how it shows Doflamingo pushing his glasses up at the end of the montage, and the final panel shot. The song is catchy, too. Good Opening.

I finally got to watching the episode off YT (my internet is such crap that I can barely watch an episode 10-20 seconds at a time w/ Funi's player, and by that time, it times out). >< I gotta say though, that Punk Hazard is really delivering in the anime. This episode was no exception. The interactions between the swapped SH members (especially the Sa-Nami/Zoro moment and Brook), the revelation of the drug addiction…hell, even the YCB got a pretty cool introduction towards the end. For an episode of mostly just exposition, it went by fast. If I were to rate it, I'd give this episode a solid 8.5/10. Keep it up Toei, don't drop the ball now.
