@Deviant_Mugen:
You know, all this time I thought that change came from Gen 4. Weird…
Also, which Gen 6 Fairy-type Pokemon would you guys recommend for my new team? At the moment I'm leaning toward Sylveon, but any input is appreciated.
Sylveon is pretty much a poor man's Florges, assuming you're looking for a really good sponge to take up hits and support or stall. Florges just has absurdly better stats.
Klefki is a good lead due to prankster and the likes of Spikes and Taunt, and can be a pretty rigid wall against certain pokemon.
I've seen Aromatisse being used with a calm mind set along with rest and sleep talk. Can sweep if the enemy is incapable of preventing it from setting up. Personally though, I'm more of a fan of eviolite Spritzee, but that's due to my biased love of Spritzee's design and belief that Aromatisse looks like Lucille 2 from Arrested Development.
Haven't seen anyone seriously using Dedenne (which also suffers of no special STAB Fairy move, having only rough play and meager attack.) Slurpuff I haven't seen much of either, but it has a great sp. attack movepool and balanced defenses. Carbink looks like it has tremendous defenses, but haven't really explored the possibilities with it.
I think that's all of them …
