Basically post movies that made you weep like a little girl losing her favorite doll in the park.
For me, one of those would be the "Grave of the Fireflies". It was one of the most heart-wrenching movies I've ever watched in my life.

Definitely Awakenings. It happened in front of my cousin, too, and the unexpected waterworks caused her to panic a bit. Good movie, but very sad…

It really was one of the worst nightmares I've had, but I am alright now. Got over the shock. I tried to 'fix' things at the end when I was half aware and could control it by stabbing him on the back, kicking him in the nuts and running away with the kids.
Only one I can remember for sure was the HB Charlotte's Web film when I was young.
The movie that has made me cry the most is the Hachiko film from 2009. The tears wouldn't stop during the entire latter half and afterwards I started a new round of crying like three times. I have a real emotional problem when it comes to movies involving dogs, since Marley & Me and White Bim Black Ear had pretty much the same effect.
I don't think there's a single human being who has watched Hachiko without bawling their eyes out.
I cry pretty easily during a sad movie, but I can't seem to think of any examples!
I do know that the ending of Donnie Darko gets me évery single time, even though I've seen it 5 or 6 times now.
I don't cry very often, but i do cry every time i watch Rent (and i have watched it many times.), i just can't take the scene where Angel dies.
The ending to About Schmidt gets me every time I watch it. Where he thinks he hasn't accomplished anything with his life and then he reads the letter from Ndugu.
Also, the dog scene from Fly II shocked me as a kid. It's still pretty emotional even when I watch it now.
Pixar is quite good at making me cry. Every time I watch the first ten minutes of Up, or the final scene of Toy Story 3, I just break into tears.
I remember the first movie I ever cried because of a movie was ET. I was so young that I couldn't even comprehend that kind of sadness, so I remember just going into my room, sitting on my bed and just stared at the wall, thinking about what the heck was going on. I think I was 6 or 7.
Blood Diamond. The part when Solomon finds his son and tells him to put down the gun and he's not a bad boy…probably the most moving thing I've seen in a film.
I don't think I recall a movie that made me cry.
I know this is going to a be cliche, but Toy Story 3. And The Princess and The Frog.
I never really cried, but i was nearly going to cry after watching movies like Schindler's List, Toy Story 3, Saving Private Ryan etc
The Pursuit of Happyness, This is the best movie for me.
Now that I think about it,
My Neighbour Totoro always makes me cry when the older girl is looking for her sister.

As for sad movies, hmmm. I know it's not the best, but the green mile, up and the boy in the stripped pyjamas all had me feeling the waterworks in motion.
Ok so truth be told I didn't cry, but it definitely hit me right in the heart string.

I think the last movie that made me cry was the french movie A Very Long Engagement, which ended up being one of my favorite movies (especially in terms of cinematography) of all time. As far as anime's go, whenever someone asks me for one that has made me cry, I always default to Gungrave. The bromance in that series was SO well done. I love Gungrave so much.
Always Schindler's List. Always.
I cry throughout the whole movie, the whole time, without a break. I'm a mess after wathching it.
And don't mention Grave of Fireflies! Only thinking about it makes me tear up ;__;
I haven't watched Hachiko yet, but I know I'll cry.
I tear up about two out of three scenes watching Patch Adams.
Then Forrest Gump, any time "Jenny's Theme" starts playing in the background.
I also try to remove myself from the room before my 2 year old little brother reaches the final scene in Toy Story 3.
There's more, but those are the ones that came to mind right now.
The latest movie would be 25th Hour. A father doing all he can to save his son from getting imprisoned, even if it means to let go of him forever. ;_;
Animated films easily makes me cry. Notably Toy Story 3 and Wreck-it-Ralph.

Life is Beautiful; a movie centered around Italians during the Holocaust actually brought me to tears.
There's another movie that I'm not even sure if people even know exist, but it's pretty damn depressing: Where the Wind Blows. The whole movie makes me feel very empty, especially since the two main characters are so naively optimistic about surviving a nuclear strike. But what really gets me is the ending where
! They both die from radiation poisoning.

This, Marley and Me, and Eight Below get me balling every time. Any movie with dogs and someone dying guarantees that I'll be balling.

The Wonder Emporium of Mr Magorium (something like that) did the same thing though that time I saw it coming. Regardless I still cried.
Up obviously. Cried at the beginning and then a little at the end.
Heck I cried at the end of Hocus Pocus and I'd only seem like the last 5 minutes of it [/pokerface]

Exactly, he was an insane monster. He would have been an insane monster with or without the backdrop of the Holocaust. But to me what makes genocides so unbelievable is that the majority of it isn't carried out by monsters but by people following orders. Would it have not been more interesting to focus on them, to contrast a man who keeps his head down and follows hopelessly cruel orders with someone who was willing to rise above the system?
Again I really like the movie it's just a small issue I have with it.

Yep everyone involved in the prison camps was an irredeemably evil storm trooper type thing that hated humans pew pew pew

Whenever I feel a bit emotional I always look at that scene on youtube. If you don't cry during that, you're just a vile human being. Okay, not really, but it's a very emotional scene.
Pan's Labyrinth and the Orphanage. (only got slightly teary watching Mama). Damn Guillermo making me feel things. Pacific Rim better not make me cry.
Hardball and Gran Torino have made me sneak my hand up to wipe a tear or two away.
How is that sad? Isn't it a happy moment that makes all people with a heart cry?
