"team battle action" video game. Specifically, Naruto Shippūden's Madara Uchiha, Dragon Ball Z's Freeza, One Piece's Akainu, and Rurouni Kenshin's Makoto Shishio are all playable characters.
The opening movie will assemble the various heroes together. The magazine teases that V Jump magazine will reveal more playable characters on Tuesday. In addition to the playable characters, the magazine also teases that certain other Jump characters (such as Naruto's Kakashi and Sakura) will appear in quests in the game's adventure mode.

I'm having a hard time guessing the 2 hinted characters. My first guess would be Zoro and Raoh but both have things that don't fit with the picture.
Edit : Toguro fits better. I guess you're right GriffinSTatum. So the left one is most likely another antagonist.

Villians! Finally! And they chose four of my favorites too! Akainu and Madara were the last characters I'd expect in this game, but I'm happy they're in.
And the two shadowy characters, upon closer inspection, look like Aizen and Toguro.

If other antagonists are announced, I'm hoping for at least Meruem and Starjun.

When I saw that silhouette, I was picturing Aizen almost perfectly, but I still couldn't guess who he was or where he was from. A testament to Bleach's staying power.

He's was the villain of Yu Yu Hakusho during its first big tournament arc. (correct me if I'm wrong; I don't remember YYH all that well)

So the way i see it, after they reveal Togoro, Aizen, and Hisoka, the remaining reveals that I expect are Playable characters from Bo-bobo, Kinnikuman, and Shaman King. And then supports from Death Note, Bakuman, Slam Dunk, Eyeshield 21, Prince of Tennis, Yugioh, Dr. Slump, Black Cat and maybe Ninku, Hoshi Engi, Muhyo to Rohji, Ichigo 100, Busou Renkin, World Trigger, and Soma

Weird, even though I am not a fan of Rurouni Kenshin, seeing Shishio as playable is the first time I get excited about this game.
And, man, I would NEVER expect One Piece roster to be Luffy, Boa and Akainu.

The one character that was hinted at that I was planning on maining, since I thought they wouldn't be evil enough to hint at a support, became a support. I guess he will become one of my main supports along with Neuro and Kumagawa. I honestly would have preferred Toguro be support over Hisoka, Hisoka just is a more interesting character imo moveset wise and and appearance wise. -
I find that hard to believe that HxH only has 1 playable character so far. I expect Meruem or Killua to be playable.

It seems a bit premature to comment on the overall roster when the game's not even out yet. Just wait - given Hunter x Hunter's popularity, even in spite of the sheer amount of hiatuses that it's been on, it could likely get at least one other character.

Anyone else notice that Hisoka's tear and star are on the wrong cheek? I know they change colors pretty frequently, but I don't think it has ever changed positions.

Vegetable Sky stage? I certainly wasn't expecting that. The cast so far is good, but I've been taking this with a grain of salt since the first gameplay was released, I hope it turns out for the best and not for the worst.

I believe his comment is alluding to the fact that petitions don't really work when it comes to Video Games. I signed it anyways, but a few thousand signatures aren't going to be enough incentive for them to bring it over. I believe someone at NamcoBandai said that they don't really listen to petitions, since the number of signatures does not necessarily dictate the number of sales. I am sure they would bring it over in a heartbeat if they could, but I am also sure that a petition won't help with the licensing issues. I am supporting the petition, even signed it, but I don't think it is going to influence anyone unfortunately.

Games with licensensing issues, in general, will never come out in English nor is a niche title viable enough to be considered for release.
I can tell you there were way more signatures on petitions for Jump Ultimate Stars! to be released in English and that game didn't even get a "no announcements at this time" statement.
It's a waste of time even making one. It's better to just import it. Buy a local release of the DVDs or manga if you want to support it locally.
