Well, Jinbe said that both suffered great injuries, so I don't expect anything less from Akainu. The permament magma/rock fist is a really nice idea.

He could reshape his leg any second if he wanted to, so I don't see a huge problem with it. Maybe he even makes the chilling sound effects while walking now.

Now, I recall it being said the fight against Akainu and Ao Kiji was fairly even (yes, in spite of the obvious elemental weakness), so Akainu must have some scarring on him as well. I'm so curious!

It saps the User strenght only. Luffy can be stretch in water( Arlong Park) and Mr 3 can use his candle key on Ace's handcuffs.
